Fast check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean but a lil run down. When you take a shower the steam makes the smoke alarm go off but thats the worst of the stay.

Ordered on price line, jacuzzi pictured in room. Upon arrival received room without a jacuzzi, gym has 5 pieces of equipment. I never did see a pool. It took 5 hours to receive towels and none of the ice machines are working. I had to go to the bar for ice. Overall staff at desk was very pleasant. All remaining staff did not speak English at all. Hotel was quiet, but needs some updating.

worst experience here ended up needing to get a refund and couldn’t get that and it was a whole fuss over the rooms and very dirty. Took me 4 plus hours to find a place to stay since all of the hotels were booked, and all i asked for was for maintenance to come and look at the room and for them to clean the room properly without seeing the previous persons belongings. Won’t be here again.

Key cards had to be reset 3 different times. Front desk attendants gave us attitude every time we asked to fix our key cards to get back into our room. Back door to the parking lot wasn’t working. Pool was shut down. Refrigerator was dirty. It looked like a previous guest spilt red wine in it and no one cleaned it up. Probably why I got an extra charge on my card. No dressers for clothes. No desk in the room yet there was a desk chair. Nothing great about this place. Will not return

Do NOT stay here!

Absolutely horrible service, disgusting hotel, found a hypodermic needle in my room after coming back from work, someone tried to get in my room at 530 am, people selling drugs in front of the hotel, disrespectful staff and even after I explained these issues they ignored my requests for help. Will never stay here again and will make sure the 100+ contractors I have coming in the fall don’t either.

Toilet was clogged, the multiple receptionist we brought it up to said they didn't have a plunger, which was clearly bull, and were in no rush to solve the issue. It wasn't until the next day when what looked like the manager (?) opened the Janitor's closet and found a plunger immediately after talking to him about it. 😐

The room was clean, otherwise the staff denied a late checkout request, it was as if they always deny the late checkout because I told her my room number and then she said it’s too busy for that but didn’t even try. I also asked for an iron for my room to 3 different people and none of them could bring me one before I checked out somehow.

Staying at the Raddison Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. This indie hotel was under renovations when we stayed, so breakfast wasn't well organized and some fixtures and furnishings were needing repair, but overall was a pleasant stay and would go back again.

The hotel hallways had a musky odor. My first room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. Several spots on the walls had holes and unpainted areas. I was able to move to another room. The 2nd room’s shower had a very slow drain such that I was standing in 2-3 inches of water within a few minutes in the shower. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Unlike most hotels, the complementary breakfast was ordered off a menu. Eggs, bacon and hash browns were fresh and well proportioned. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and its condition was much better then. I won’t be staying here again.
