Good things:
The front desk employee (or maybe manager) was amazing. She was very attentive to customer requests.
She was also super friendly and seemed to like her job.
Her service, as well as the other front desk employee, was very good.
There was coffee 24/7 if you wanted it.
We were given gift bags with a snack and a bottle of water when we checked in.
The bed was firm and great for the back.
Not so good things:
The lobby smelled like a skunk...literally.
I did not participate in the breakfast. There was not much there.
The room - In a non-smoking room, someone had smoked and the toilet had burn marks from it. The room needed to be painted and holes fixed. Tile had tears in it. The carpet needed to be cleaned. There was not much to the bed covers (wrinkled and looked stained?) and the pillows were super squishy and cheap.
Doors allow light and NOISE to come into your room, so sleep was a little difficult. There were very noisy people both nights. Children were up until 2a thumping, running, and screaming. Men were in the hall talking loudly in the middle of the night. Someone was opening and closing their door over and over at 3a which sounded like someone coming into my room.
