Toilet did not flush. Room was semi clean. There was quite a bit of debris in the heater. Toiletry amenities need to be upgraded to include hair conditioner and should be in an eco friendly container in shower. Tub did not drain well. Televisions need updating to smart tv. Elevator needs to be cleaned.

Place to lay my head

My husband and I have used this hotel several times as a halfway place to stay on our way to visit our grandson. I hace to use a wheelchair and the room is very comfortable and compatible for me.

Great "just passing through" stay

We needed a place to stay last minute and chose this hotel because of the breakfast and the gym facilities. I love sausage and waffles so breakfast was super for me. Hot tub could have been hotter but the gym facilities was great!

Great hotel!!

These hotel was great. It had a nice heated pool and hot tub. Me and my kids enjoyed it. It was a great price and had vending machine and even a place to do laundry.

Have stayed here in the past but will say this is the last time for me and my family. Upon arrival we went up to the room and the ac unit was in pieces and dirt all over the floor. When I went to the front desk I was given attitude about how since I booked through a 3rd party there wasn’t any other rooms I could move to or they wouldn’t get paid. Finally, I was able to get two room across from each other after being made to feel as an inconvenience for not wanting a dirty room. When going into the new rooms we realized the musty and moldy smell but we were hoping that after turning the ac unit on and getting the air moving that it was just in our heads. We left for several hours while visiting family and upon coming back we realized that the rooms had not gotten any better and there were dead stink bugs in the room. Instead of staying, we decided it was better to just pack up and make the 4 hour drive home that night. Would definitely not recommend staying here to anyone.

Access to wrong room versus robbery?

Someone tried to come into my husband and my room at 0500 after we had arrived back from the local casino at 0300. The safety lock however was on. My dog went crazy when we heard the door slam open and hit the safety lock. Whoever it was left the door open and I had to get up and close it. I tried to call down to the front desk and no one answered. I then went down to the front desk and the receptionist stated no one had come or gone, she doesnt know how that could have happened, and she and only one other employee were in the building currently. The only thing she could do was tell management. When I questioned the manager in the morning he said he checked the cameras and hadn’t seen anyone. I proceeded to ask if he saw me walk down to reception and he said no. I asked about housekeeping and they said their shift doesnt begin until 0800. They also said the room keys are deactivated after guests have checked out. So who tried to enter my room? And how did they get access?
