All services are amazing
Magdalena, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very pleasant stay. Room was immaculate. Would stay again
Paul, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great staff, friendly check in and service, small bar open late if you fancy a beer or glass of something after a long trip. Room was pleasantly warm on arrival; many motels can be too cold or too hot and stuffy. Easy parking. Very good location for a late stop on a road trip heading West. Breakfast was ok, good coffee machine and basic buffet style but over priced.
Timothy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

All good apart from the stale cigarette smell in the room and bedding

Good location

The hotel was in a good location for us. It was a little noisy as it's next to a road. The reception area was nice and check in was very smooth. We didn't eat at the hotel

Excellent for the intended purpose but not for extended stays, I think.
Sergio, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property was clean, breakfast was good. Didn’t like the walk along the back of the hotel to get to our room - quite dark and didn’t feel safe

Overnight before catching the ferry

Overnight stay before boarding the ferry. Parked outside our room. Rooms separate to reception, dinning and bar. Staff friendly, service excellent. Enjoyed evening meal and breakfast and stayed in lounge area of reception until leaving to board the ferry.

Great Stay

This is a great cozy hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, shout out to Tracie. The location is great, within walking of bus stops and shopping mall. Great coffee and cute little bar with lovely ambience. A plus was the very comfortable bed!

Easy check in, quick service for food order. Nice and clean room with a proper shower. Parked car right out side of bedroom door. Overall good value for money.

Decent choice on a budget

Motel-style accommodation in a convenient and quiet location. It has been refurbished recently and it's in line with a Premier Inn - a step above the Travelodge. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free parking onsite is always nice. They have an EV charging point, too.
Daniel, 1-night trip

People mske the diference. Personal were kind and help us when we asked something. Cleaning was ok. We were happy
Jorge, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Near enough

Recently had a re-fit so in good condition. I could park directly outside my room and enter without going through reception. Nothing within a couple of miles but serves basic food and has a bar
paul, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The toilet wasn’t cleaned.
raquel, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Draft trough the door, lack of cleaness, looks bit rundown. No small/little lights if you want to leaveon for a child. Big size lamps right above your beds. Cold bathroom, no heater so had to leave door open to warm it up. Staff friendly, plenty of parking space. Didn't enjoy cooked breakfast. Lovely croissants though.

4/10 Fair

Bugs

Stayed here twice, first time was fine, most recent second visit however not so good. Given a room right at the end corner, not sure why as most rooms seemed vacant. Room had a dead moth on the floor. There was a spider in the cupboard and also a wood lice in the bathroom. My only issue was cleanliness, staff were friendly. The cost though, £100 per night, for a very basic room. Could be getting a 4* hotel for that price.
1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Was disappointed with the accommodation, it was very dated, the room smelt musky and damp. The Bathroom was designed for customers who had disabilities- had to move the chair out of the shower, in order to use it, there were no hand towels. Shall not use again.
