She was also very friendly and courteous. The housekeeping was a grade B. They were fast and efficient but forgot to cover a couple of items. Overall I would give the hotel an A-.

BED BUG ALERT !! The mattress are wrapped in plastic due to bed bugs. They claim that they are wrapped in plastic because people urinate on them. My wife got bit by several bed bugs I am the 2nd person to put a review that they have bed bugs & lots of them. See google reviews on this dump. When is the last time you slept on a mattress wrapped in plastic I have contacted the county health dept this dump needs to be shut down you will get bed bugs here.
