The staff was very courteous to us, and the room was just what we needed. The staff also helped us get accustomed to the area, and helped to make us feel right at home! The property is located very close to the Christmas Markets, and quite close to the train station as well.

Burr its cold in here...

Overall, it's in a perfect location for the Cathedral and the Chocolate Museum. The room was big enough to comfortably sleep my family of 6. However, the room was so cold! No matter what we did, it was still much too cold for comfort. Reception offered us a small space heater on the 2nd night which helped a little. The parking garage is convenient, only and $19 a night but a very tight squeeze for larger vehicles.

This is NOT a hotel. It is a hostel. The floors were really dirty in our room. My son took his shoes off, took a few steps, and got on the bed… the amiunt of dirt and hair (not ours) that fell off his socks onto the bed was gross.

Hotellet ligger super centralt, på toppen af et P-hus. Så man kører ind i P-Huset og tager elevatoren op til 6. etage, og så er man på hotellet. Hotellet ligger lige rundt om hjørnet fra gågaden, og ca. 400 m fra Kölner Dom.

Affordable option for one night if in transit

Downtown location, ok for a one-night stay if you are in transit. The hotel is on the rooftop of a Parking building. Everything is in the 6th floor of the building. Access is through a narrow and obscure corridor with self-payment parking machines at the entrance. If I had know this, I don't book it as it didn't feel safe at all. The rooms are exactly as you see it in the pictures, nothing special but well kept and clean. If you need a place to sleep one night and continue your journey, this can be an affordable option. If you are looking for more hotel amenities and better stay experience, this is not the hotel for you.

We were in Cologne for one night in transit and wanted an affordable hotel with three beds and not a lot of frills. This is exactly what we got. If this is what you need, you will be happy. If you have expectations of comfort and luxury, then this is not for you.

Smallest room of our trip

Convenient location once you're there, but finding the parking lot and even finding the hotel was a challenge. It is near the Cathedral, but a lot of sketchy people hang around the whole area, especially after dark. If you have a wider vehicle, be very care driving up the ramp. We had a very small room with a pillar that made it difficult to get out of bed. No chair to sit on. Also no space for a chair.

入口がとにかく見落としがちなくらい分かりずらい。駐車場の入口と共有なところに注意！ 部屋は一人旅にはちょうどいい感じ。日本贔屓なスタッフさんがケルン大聖堂の屋根の見える部屋に通してくれたり、ブーツの底が剥がれて困っている時にボンドを貸してくださったりととにかく親切で気持ちが良かったです。１階にスーパーが入っていて便利です。使い捨てのスリッパ完備でした。冷蔵庫は無し。サービスでお水のボトルが1本ありました。駅からは10分ちょっとかかります。クリスマスマーケットの会場は近かったです。
