Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient.

Loved this boutique hotel! The bar inside was super cute with a great vibe, and the downtown location made everything easy to get to. Parking was simple and convenient, which is a huge plus. Quarto limpo, pequeno porém o suficiente para o necessário. Banheiro muito bem equipado com chuveiro quente, toalete robô, secador de cabelo e a equipe também toda muito gentil. A localização é ótima, tem várias atividades no hotel mesmo e aos arredores! Amei minha estadia e com certeza voltarei lá!

This small hotel only has one ADA room and we found out after we checked in that the A/C was broken in that particular room. And in this particular hotel, there are also no windows in the room so it was incredibly humid. The woman at the front desk did everything in her power to try and help us. She brought a portable A/C unit in, but it was also broken and water leaked out all over the floor. Then she brought us 2 small fans and we were able to make it through the night with those. We also just thought about checking out and leaving but I was in a time crunch and needed to get to an event. In addition, the toilet seat was really loose: more than likely from people like me that have to transfer themselves to the toilet. The location of the hotel was nice: you’re downtown and across the freeway from Deep Ellum. Parking was cheap, $11 and across the street. If you’re a normal healthy person I’m sure this place is fine but I can’t recommend it to anyone who is disabled at this time.

The lobby is pretty nice, the location is good, and the price was inexpensive. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I couldn't sleep last night because the people in the room next door were up virtually all night doing their business loudly. Luckily, I had earplugs and was only woken up a few times (the latest was 4am). The rooms are just too shoddily built to work as a microtel. I dig the concept, but the execution was giving dressed up Motel 6 with the OF influencers next door. Bleh!
