The front desk clerk at check in was friendly. Online a hair dryer is listed as a room essential yet there was no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Had we known there wouldn’t be one we would have brought one from home. Also the water was way too hot after the first person took a shower. I attempted to take one after my friend and I was almost scalded by how hot it was, even when I turned it down to cold. It just wouldn’t cool.

Two night stay to be with family.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I know that this a humid area, but The building smelled moldy to me. Also the lighting in the room was terrible. I believe a staff member said that they are in the process of renovating, so maybe the extras had not be added. The rooms are not well insulated and could hear the guest next door. The beds were comfortable.

It’s a place to sleep , but not worth 150

Checkin was not friendly but it was 12 am Hotel and room has a stinch! Trash was still in trash cans, and room smelled horrible! A few broken items were in the bathroom… Bed was Queen all they had, so I can’t complain about that! Over all if you just want to lay down then that’s all it’s worth. I thought I would enjoy a nice shower but hey I have had nice rooms for 130$

Clean up drywall mess

The staff were amazing. The free breakfast was delicious. The rooms had recently been renovated and when we walked into the the room it was very damp feeling and they hadn’t cleaned the paint and drywall off from the doors and we have done a lot of renovations and they didn’t let the drywall dry enough because it smelled like damp drywall and even the sheets felt like they were damp and gritty.

The dirtiest ever!

The shower and sheets had excrement in and on them. Didn't even want to sleep on the uncleaned sheets. Had to literally wash the shower before you could get in it. Disgusting!

Do not recommend

Upon entering the room we were met with a very strong scent of stale cigarette smoke and dampness. The toilet seat in the bathroom was not properly screwed in so the seat slid around every time you tried to sit down. The sink was barely hanging on to the counter tops. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The ice bucket had been used as an ash tray from previous tenants leaving behind burnt plastic and melted in ash. There were stains all over the couch and walls. The microwave was dirty. Upon pulling back the comforter and sheets we found what seemed to be blood stains. We immediately went to the front desk to show them the pictures. The receptionists response was “that looks like blood” I simply agreed and asked for clean fresh sheets. She told me to meet her over by the elevators in the second building where we were staying. I met her over there where she handed me a bundle of sheets from the housekeeping room. I asked for a comforter and she went back into that room and came out and told me “we don’t have any, can I give you one tomorrow?” Because of that we went and had to purchase our own blankets to use. We sprayed the floor of the bathroom with cleaner and wiped it up. When the white wash cloth came back covered in black filth, we ended up checking out the very next day and finding an entirely new place to stay. The floors in the room had not been vacuumed either. The only one good thing was Melissa at the front desk.
