Didn’t quite live up to expectations, didn’t like the dirty shower curtain and rusty shower rail. Just didn’t have the cleanliness feel that I expected, it was ok but just expected a little more. The room was spacious enough and had all we needed. Would be great if a bottled water was supplied

hoteln was nice. Your cleaning staff decdided to leave a packets of condoms in my room. I reported this and nbothing was done about it. A lady came up to retrieve the packet but found it funny! i was there on business, married and in no need of these and found it totaly offensive. The hotel offered no apology and i think found it a joke

Brilliant stay in difficult times, hotel is as near normal as could be, and safe. I spend my life in hotels and some are awful to be In the bars shut, restaurants closed. Not here still safe well thought out and credit to the management and staff, the reception staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. If you are staying in Birmingham then this I think is best there is in what are mad times

1st girls Night away since lockdown - hotel is very covid secure, bedroom was huge twin room with two double beds, v comfy and cocktails in bar were delicious

Great hotel, have stayed before and would stay again. Friendly welcome from staff at the check in desk and good service in hotel bar. Generally a clean room although the shower had some mould on the tiles and there was hair stuck to the wardrobe door. Given enhanced cleaning in thencurrent climate this wasn't ideal. Comfortable, spacious room and plenty of amenities on hand too.
