Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Furnishing really need updating. Counter and cabinets were beat up and well worn. Stove only had 3 burners that sort of worked. Microwave kinda gross (clean but too much use). Window came out of its frame when I tried to open it.

Room was clean. Great hot water. Bed was pretty comfortable. Pillows were too small and not great. The pot smell in the hallways was unbearable. All and all it was a good stay for what we needed.

Staff very friendly. Room quite clean. Sheets were rough, and mattress too firm. Breakfast offered all pre-packaged, grab and go food. No milk for coffee, only pump creamers. No Whole Foods or fruit. Basically, down to barebones, but clean.

This hotel is the worst one I have EVER been in. Everything was filthy, not just dirty, but nasty. The couch in 201 is broken, and the pull-out bed was partly pulled out and could not be fully pulled out OR put away! counters, dirty and stained with burns, and what appears to be peeling paint. The cupboard doors are so filthy, covered in handprints. The back wall of the kitchen is covered in food splatter. The carpet ruined our socks. The tub had a scum ring—cobwebs in the windows. I could go on and on. We had rooms 201 and 203 for a family trip. The rooms smelled of strong chemicals that had messed up our sinuses. Room 203 had a slice of pizza on the fold-out couch, and it was covered in ants! 203 was just as filthy as 201. We tried finding another hotel, but couldn't find one with a kitchen in this area. So we stuck it out because we have food allergies and needed to cook our own. The health department needs to investigate. One thing I will say in a good light is that the woman who works the front desk is lovely. She was helpful and kind, and we have nothing but the best to say about her. The owners need to see what is going on in the rooms, though. Repairs are NOT being done, nor is cleaning.

The room was filthy when I checked in. Dirty towels in the kitchenette sink and mold and grime in a clogged bathroom sink. The staff put me in another room but at this point I did not feel comfortable and could not enjoy my stay. The breakfast included was pathetic. It was a few granola bars and coffee. Thats not what a gueat expects in a breakfast included stay.

The room was unsatisfactory. The room contained roaches and a smelly carpet. The room service was horrible and I felt neglected. I will never book another hotel in an Extended Stay America Suite ever again.

The hotel serves its purpose if you need a long term stay. Pros: It's tucked away ina nice area. 7 Eleven is a walk away. It's extremely quite so you can get good rest here. No questionable people hanging around in the lobby or outside. Some staff are super friendly. Only saw one roach in my room and no more after that. Cons: it's basic, boring, and does not have enough handicapped accessible units. (They should have handicapped accessible units available for people paying money out of their pockets and not just for people to live in). The gym is super small and basic with zero privacy. The pool area is unappealing. Bathtubs are also not appealing to sit in. The rooms do not offer any privacy if you have adult male family members in the room. No sitting areas outside if you get cabin fever. Reminds me of a shelter or motel. Does not have that hotel feel. The entire hotel is outdated, especially the oven and stove top. The stove top stained the bottom of all of my pots black.

Pros: Hallways are clean. Staff is nice. Outside area is clean and the hotel is tucked away. 7 Eleven is withing walking distance, as well as Wendy's. Cons: Everything in this hotel is outdated, including the stove/oven. I attempted to cook a meal for my family and realized the burners were not getting hot enough and my food was just soaking in the oil. I had to switch rooms and noticed although the room was cleaner, and didn't have a smell-the stove was no better. It took almost an hour just to fry porkchops. The burners get hot, then it turns down (rinse and repeat). This prevented my food from cooking at an even temperature all the way through The gym looks cheap and only has three sets of equipment in a very small room. You can literally reach over and touch a person while working out. My family and I are having breakouts from sleeping on their sheets and pillows. My face is inflamed and I NEVER get bumps on my face until now. My entire body feels itchy. The bathtub is horrible. I definitely would not sit in the bathtub even if I scrubbed it with bleach. TV is not a smart tv so you cannot stream or mirror your favorite shows. NO BREAKFAST - although their website says there is a breakfast, its actually not. It's grab and go muffins etc that they get from donations (maybe churches). I've seen the same muffins being passed out at a resource center. Over all experiences- Peaceful for the most part but extremely boring. Nothing to look forward to.
