My family and I stayed in room 112 which was located on the bottom floor next to the ice machine. The floors were filled with stains and dirt among the entire baseboard and furniture. The bathroom faucet was making a squeaking sound the entire night. Once we woke up, my family of 4 had bedbug bites all over our body from ankles, back,my toddler face , arms and even thighs. I contacted the front desk and he barely spoke English so the conversation didn’t go far.

First lets start with the check in the manager was too busy to talk told us to come back in a couple of hours room wasnt ready then when we returned he wasnt pleasant so we get to the room it was dusty smelling carpet wasnt clean beds look half made up and worn out just overall it wasnt the room for me and my family so left ask for a refund and went across street to Holiday Inn much better.... if i could have given this place a -5 star i would have .... horrible but i guess you get what you pay for

Fridge was broken and leaking brown fluid. Fire detector had no batteries and wasn’t placed in the same spot. So there’s a hole where it was supposed to be in the wall. Room 105

This is a pretty basic motel, which serves the need for a place to stay safely and on a budget. The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean, but the sheets had a small hole in them, and one towel had stains. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was on the low end for a free continental breakfast. The heater made some noise on startup (it was 32 degrees outside) but quieted down once it got going.

The heater works good and fast, as it was in the twenties! Parking was plentiful. Both King beds and pillows were comfortable. Fridge worked well and it and the microwave were both clean. The only negative was the toilet kept running off and on and filled a bit too much because of that.

The man checking me in did not give my ID back to me. Then once I realized that I never received it back, I went to the front desk and asked him for it and he pulled it out of his back pocket and just handed it to me weirdly. Very strange behavior.

I checked in very late and my room was on the first floor. When I went to the room there was a man sitting in a running car with music blasting and head lights shining into my room. He appeared to be a pimp waiting on one of his girls. Very sketchy. I had to get another room.
