The shower was dirty. We had to ask for towels. There was a mysterious brown matter on a wall… there was a dead bug on the bed that I pray wasn’t a bedbug.

Everything was great I just haven’t received my deposit of 40 dollars back and this not the first time ! I only had my card my last stay so I had to use it but normally I would give them cash so I can get my money back because I never do when I use my card! I explained that to the manager and he kind of insulted me my bank said they never not once received any deposit from them and I’m really thinking bout getting somebody with higher power to look into this matter because I know I always leave my rooms nice and neat all the towels where they can be found and all but when I use my card I never get my money back

After checking in, we opened the door to our room and I immediately noticed one bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it (forgot to get photo)! We asked for clean bedding. The young man sent to help us couldn’t understand English. He left and returned with only a single fitted sheet. After gesturing and pointing he again left and returned with everything new. We realized nothing in that room was clean and we were stuck there for two nights. I began looking around. In the bathroom there were several long dark strands of hair on the floor. Eeeekkk!!! Also, bathroom light didn’t work—only the light/fan combo and the fan was so loud and rattled. If we had been on the ground floor I would have been really worried about two places in the ceiling that were ready to give way. AND there was a quarter inch gap around the door with outside visible. IF YOU’VE BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT, YOU SHOULD CANCEL. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You’ve been warned!

My family and I stayed in room 112 which was located on the bottom floor next to the ice machine. The floors were filled with stains and dirt among the entire baseboard and furniture. The bathroom faucet was making a squeaking sound the entire night. Once we woke up, my family of 4 had bedbug bites all over our body from ankles, back,my toddler face , arms and even thighs. I contacted the front desk and he barely spoke English so the conversation didn’t go far.

First lets start with the check in the manager was too busy to talk told us to come back in a couple of hours room wasnt ready then when we returned he wasnt pleasant so we get to the room it was dusty smelling carpet wasnt clean beds look half made up and worn out just overall it wasnt the room for me and my family so left ask for a refund and went across street to Holiday Inn much better.... if i could have given this place a -5 star i would have .... horrible but i guess you get what you pay for

This is a pretty basic motel, which serves the need for a place to stay safely and on a budget. The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean, but the sheets had a small hole in them, and one towel had stains. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was on the low end for a free continental breakfast. The heater made some noise on startup (it was 32 degrees outside) but quieted down once it got going.

The heater works good and fast, as it was in the twenties! Parking was plentiful. Both King beds and pillows were comfortable. Fridge worked well and it and the microwave were both clean. The only negative was the toilet kept running off and on and filled a bit too much because of that.
