The first room didn’t have a secondary security lock. They changed my room and the new room only had 2 working lights. It was like a dungeon. The WIFI required a password but the lady at the front desk kept saying they don’t have a password for it.

Bed had seen better days. Was really dim. Lobby and room smelled. Towels were really worn, needed to be replaced, so did the sheets. No coffee in the room. Hardly any water pressure. The only good thing I can say about this place is it was quiet. I wish I spent the extra money for a better hotel. Cheap is not always better.

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. But the breakfast was not available and the lobby was locked at 9:00 a.m. There were no lights on in the eating area and they did not answer the buzzer or the phone.

Loves truck stop nearby was handy. Sink faucet, toilet handle, bathroom door handle all loose. Free breakfast was banana and pastries. Expedia room charge as promised - then $25 added "for incidentals. All room items: toilet paper, tissue, soap, coffee creamer - cheapest value items. Bed bugs!

The chairs in the room were in awful shape, dirty and ripped. The towels and wash rags were gray instead of white. There were 3 different nail holes where the chain was on the door from it being ripped off and put back on. How they made this place look nice on the website is beyond me!

Had to pay extra for my husband when we rented a double room that sleeps 4 people but our reservation was only for one person when I booked with hotel.com. The room was not clean walls looked like they had stuff smeared on them. The bathroom had black mold growing in it. The bathroom door had duck tape holding it together and couldn’t even shut the door all the way. None of the electrical outlets worked properly the one by the tv had a short in it and wouldn’t stay connected. This is definitely a pay by the hour hotel would not recommend staying here again
