Avoid at all cost….

Shower was clogged and dirty. No one was available at desk much of the morning. Went downstairs several times for breakfast and all coffee was empty and breakfast wasn’t stocked. Finally asked at front desk and was rudely dismissed. I asked the lady serving breakfast and she was extremely rude. She told me “It takes time to make coffee.” I asked for manager and they told me one wasn’t available. Left hotel with no shower, coffee or breakfast. Horrible hotel.

Comfortable and clean place to stay

The wife and I came to this location after spending over 12 hours of air travel. Upon arriving, I entered and was greeted by a pleasant young man who quickly checked us in and gave great direction to the other side of the hotel to our room. The hotel was clean with a pleasant scent in both the elevator and hallway, but the only issue my wife and I had was, they gave us a handicap accessory room. The "only" issue we had was with the height of the shower head, me at 6'2 and my wife 5'10 had to bend down to shower our head (shower head was one of those handheld) it took a little longer for my wife and her long hair, beside that.. our stay was pleasant. Maybe in the future, the desk can advise those who are checking in that they will be staying in a handicap accessory room. Plenty of good places to go and eat within 5 minutes from hotel.

Terrible front desk service & breakfast eggs

For the price, all was fine with this hotel with three exceptions. I bought several items from the market over the course of my 3 day stay. Only one person who rang them up seemed to be able to manage the computer system to do so efficiently - the others took a painfully slow time ringing up my purchase. Another problem was that the room card used to unlock the back door didn't always work properly and didn't work at all one time, which caused me to have to walk around the building to get in and then all the way back down the hall to my room. I mentioned this when I checked out and he mumbled, "yeah, we need to get that fixed." This is why I marked the service as 1 star. Finally, I ate at the free breakfast only once but the eggs I got were inedible - rubbery texture and had no taste. I don't expect much from the free breakfasts at hotels, though. I got the executive king-sized bed room and it was roomy with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I might stay here again - we'll see what else is available in the area at a comparable price.

Not worth the stay!

Hello! I hate to complain but I feel I need to inform others! Our room must not have been used in a while; the desks and phone were filled with dust! Our shower had someone else’s hair in, the drain wasn’t even there, the shower head was falling apart, water pressure was barely there, the beds squeaked when we moved, the sheets were crunch, as were the towels, the mattress and pillows were both old and had no comfort to them at all! There were black stains on the shower, the shower itself was clogged, it was just a nasty room all together! The hotel lobby was nice but that’s about all! Hotel needs a hug upgrade!

Overall stay comfortable. Breakfast didn't offer water, or fresh fruit! Room service offered every 3-days. Would be nice to have extra towels in room due to less cleaning! Proximity to PB courts reason for stay.
