Hotel was nice but check in was difficult. Seemed to be only one person working the front desk. Waiting 20 plus minutes to check in. Room was super nice, but the pool was kind of murky. Not sure why. Parking lot gets super crowded. Was not enough spaces. Usually had a park a ways away then walk a ways to my room. Hotel is nice and quiet and my room was very comfortable.

Hotel , dirty floors , mold on shower curtain . Main entrance had large piles of branches & debris, no sign acknowledging where main office was . It was 2 driveways from main entrance. No restaurants near by . Staff was very nice . Pool looked clean .

After reading some negative reviews of this place, I was a bit hesitant to book a stay here, BUT let me assure you, we truly enjoyed our stay and wished we had more nights here! The whole place reminded me of a stately grand dame who has seen better days, is aging, could use some tender loving care to smooth out the wrinkles, but the good bones are there, the history is palpable, etc... The room was welcoming and had everything in it, kitchen and more, to support a longer stay if needed. The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean. Yes, the door and keypad were finicky, but once we learned the trick (push in before putting the code in) we were fine. We did not have time to try out the pool, but it looked beautiful! A woman there said she and her husband had been coming here for years. We also did not have time to breakfast here, so cannot comment on the quality. It is a bit pricey from the looks of it. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for old Florida flavor, and not perfection. Thumbs up from us!

Did not feel safe staying in the room. The doors to the building didn’t even close, let alone lock. The code to get into the room was the easiest code, and the same code got you into every single room. The manager (maybe owner?) was MIA and never there. We had a number to text or call him but he didn't even read my texts or call back. We found 1 bar tender that tried to help us. The restort was dirty and not clean. Furniture was broken. Horrible stay. It was a ghost town.

This property did not have any humans working there, as far as I can tell. The check in process was confusing. We couldn’t find a parking spot near our unit. I had to park way past the building. It was dark and uncomfortable. In the morning there was one person who worked in the dining room. She was lovely. I wouldn’t stay there again

The property is quite attractive and quiet. I understand it was recently bought. So there is a bit of learning and work needed. The nearest restaurants are about 12 miles away so the need for getting the in house restaurant up to speed is critical.

Stayed in room that sleeps 8 (we had 4 adults, 2 children and baby.) Had to ask for more towels and sheets/blankets for the pull out couch. They did not have a blanket - child had to use a towel. The blankets on the queen beds were thin and ratty. No bedspread or comforter. The room seemed newly renovated, but was infested with ants- like hundreds! Not peaceful situation for child who has ptsd from being bitten by a fire ant and went into anaphylactic shock. Have pics of all the ants in room. Hair conditioner in the shower dispenser was empty. Let's talk about "breakfast included"....assumed would be breakfast buffet like most hotels! Not here! Only option; scrambled eggs, sausage patty and white toast. That's it! No options unless you want to purchase. They had offered pancakes for the children instead of toast, but then came with toast and said, "sorry, pancakes are not an option". Dinner? Don't bother! Very limited. Ordered fish basket; little fried fish blocks and they couldn't even tell me what type of fish it was! Waitress said, they think it's Cod. Was definitely not Cod. Overall, a good location and less expensive than other places in Naples, but their pictures and descriptions are deceiving. Definitely not what we expected and won't be back. One nice thing...the pool.

Mal was anderes! Tolle Location. Zimmer alle mit kleiner Veranda und gutem Badezimmer. Mittlerweile gibt es auch inbegriffenes Frühstück. Einzig Blöde ist das die Rezeption nur per SMS zu erreichen ist

The room was clean. Window blinds were broken. The check in and check out system needs organization. We had safety concerns during our stay due to another guest entering our room. When trying to rectify the issue at the front desk we found there were multiple people having the same safety issue.

Everything about this place is neglected. When I checked in I was given a room that I didn’t book and told there weren’t any other options so I was stuck. The room smelled horribly like disinfectant, and was only passably clean. The beds were soft and there was a pool room which was the only saving grace. I would not stay here again.

Wish I could go 2 1/2 stars. Checked in, given our room that had not been cleaned and no sheets with garbage in the room. We let them know and they fixed it. Breakfast was nice, but coffee was extra charge. Restaurant only open a few days a week. And not when we were there. 30 minutes to Naples for dinner.
