Stayed in room that sleeps 8 (we had 4 adults, 2 children and baby.) Had to ask for more towels and sheets/blankets for the pull out couch. They did not have a blanket - child had to use a towel.
The blankets on the queen beds were thin and ratty. No bedspread or comforter. The room seemed newly renovated, but was infested with ants- like hundreds! Not peaceful situation for child who has ptsd from being bitten by a fire ant and went into anaphylactic shock. Have pics of all the ants in room.
Hair conditioner in the shower dispenser was empty.
Let's talk about "breakfast included"....assumed would be breakfast buffet like most hotels! Not here! Only option; scrambled eggs, sausage patty and white toast. That's it! No options unless you want to purchase. They had offered pancakes for the children instead of toast, but then came with toast and said, "sorry, pancakes are not an option". Dinner? Don't bother! Very limited. Ordered fish basket; little fried fish blocks and they couldn't even tell me what type of fish it was! Waitress said, they think it's Cod. Was definitely not Cod.
Overall, a good location and less expensive than other places in Naples, but their pictures and descriptions are deceiving. Definitely not what we expected and won't be back. One nice thing...the pool.
