I asked for a main floor room as I have a hard time traversing stairs. I was given a 2nd floor room and there was no elevator. I arrived early enough that it shouldn't have been an issue. I also booked 2 weeks in advance. The hotel and room was in a sad state of disrepair. Big divots and gouges in the walls, cracked tiles, and advertised a hair dryer would be in the room. The dryer was unplugged and taped to the bracket so it wouldn't be used. The staircase vestibule had several mattresses in it on the upper level. Walked across the vinyl plank flooring 2x and my feet were extremely dirty. It was a pet friendly hotel so I would expect the floors to be a little cleaner than that. Also advertised free complimentary coffee etc. At 6am, no coffee was made and I was told they didn't offer food of any kind anymore. This was not my worst experience in a hotel, but close to it. It seems these smaller hotels by Wyndam are terrible. Honestly don't know how they stay in business. The only good thing I can say was it was quiet.
