Nice location that’s literally right next door to Merdeka stop, and the 10 min walk to Petaling St. Check in/out and was easy and the restaurant downstairs was good and convenient. An excellent value for the price

Nearby train station which is plus point. Also nearby waking distance to Chinatown. But quite noisy whenever the train passes by our room but overall still okay. Not much comment though. You paid for what you get :)

No housekeeping whatsoever. Had to ask for replenishment of toiletries after two days from staff who were sleeping. Breakfast was cold (even though we were early) and not exciting at all although the menu was. Regret adding on breakfast. Overall, I won't want to stay here again. I had no choice but to book this particular hotel for some obvious reasons.

Excrutiating 20 mins check in after 1:20 h trip from airport..staff can be better trained.Pickded up a "gastro virus" after dining in restaurant on my first day and was bed ridden the next day..When I politely informed front desk,it was downplayed..Poor internet ,no digital TV during my 4 night stay.I had to use my own data..Best answer Hotel staff could give was that "they were fully booked".Decent WIFI is standard nowadays..Although staff was much friendlier on my check out,damage was already.done

エアコンの水漏れがすごく、寝れなかった。連泊の場合、掃除なし、タオル交換もなし。受付のお姉さんの英語が全くわからなかった。ただ、立地はよく、地下鉄乗り場も直ぐなので、便利。

Good location but missing common amenities.

This was in a great location, next to the metro and within walking distance of several sites. It was a good price but missing some amenities, like hand soap for the bathroom, help in getting a taxi, and cleanliness. Check in time was an hour later than posted. If noise bothers you, the metro is rather loud. With earplugs this wasn't a problem for us.

disappointed.

kinda disappointed a bit, it was my first time stayed here, choose to stayed bcs i saw 8/10 people reviews say it was nice ect. but seem not to me, since i book for two nights, the day i arrived they cant find my booking id. i have to wait more than 15minutes. also my key card got problem too. the aircond far from bed. i have to pay two times for parking fee. i dont know to describe but im not happy at all.

Decent stay for the price

Stayed in this hotel previously, happy with the room n bed n the location. The only problem is that cleaner didn’t deep clean after the previous guest check out. There were some leftover food on then wall shelve :(

Very nice place at a reasonable price

Good- Hotel location is excellent, it’s sat right next to mrt/lrt stations, n the monorail is only down the road. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment, very clean n comfy, although the room is not soundproofed like being advertised, u can hear the noise from lrt train n people talking outside the room.... but no big deal as I got earplugs The down side.... Check in process has to be improved, they are very slow. During school day the lobby and entrance area is a nightmare! Parents n school kids waiting in the lobby area occupying the sofas, cars picking up kids at the hotel lobby( I hv no idea how is this being allowed), it’s all nuisance to hotel guests.

Overall Hotel Olympic is rock!!!

In terms of service, cleanliness, & comfort all were good. Room was as per advertised. But there is always room for improvement. They should put iron if not in every room at least one iron in each level for customer's favor. Plug for charging is in every corner of the room, which is what i like the most but they need to put another mirror outside the bathroom for convenience. Keep it up guys!!!
