Look for another hotel instead of this one

Staff were great, very welcoming and explained the city and advised where to go. The public spaces of the hotel are nice and modern. However the rooms are bad, very small and in need of a major refurbishment. The parking is in a horrible building with no lift.

The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was very very small. The whole room needed an upgrade eg the toilet pan was cracked and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom. Very convenient to walk into the centre of town. Not good value for money overall

Rooms need updating

Location easy to walk to Centre and attractions. However, parking is a nightmare, so better for people arriving by train not by car. Staff were helpful & nice but the Carpark was full so could only direct us to street parking which ended up full as two hotels on same road. Toilet 🚽 in tight corner of bathroom, which was difficult for anyone who is tall, my father and brother struggled with the position, would make sense for Shower to be in that corner rather then the toilet.

No Carpark spaces! €8 if you do get in. Very tiny toilet in corner of bathroom, Dad hit head on the windowsill, terrible for tall people. Water leaked from Shower, formed pool on floor, nearly slipped. Badly designed, needs a refit

La jeune femme de l accueil à été très proche et a tout mis en œuvre quand je lui ai dit que ma climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Elle est même venue me prévenir par la suite qu'un technicien était sous les toits car le moteur s'était mis en sécurité. La climatisation a refonctionné. Super service

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden twee fietsen bij ons. Deze konden wij binnen zetten achter gesloten deur. Ook de uitleg voor parkeren en bezoek aan het centrum heeft ons goed geholpen.
