Bad business!

The unit had no heat we got locked on the patio because the lot locks were faulty and we had no key for it no one responded I had a medical emergency I was stuck out on the patio for over an hour before somebody came nobody responded I told them that I had a medical emergency as I have a defibrillator nobody responded this place is terrible their procedures are horrible and there's hardly anyone to respond
