The pictures looked great! Not! First, they gave us the wrong suite! And…it was dirty! The housekeeper came up to clean it when we went out. No noted difference! No plastic trash can liners. One sad was cloth never replaced. There was a room service menu with a phone number that didn’t work! When asking the Front Desk about room service or most anything…they knew nothing! Very disappointed!

Para tomar en cuenta: Les retendrán una identificación oficial durante toda la estancia, y también le toma foto con su celular el empleado de recepción. Entra mucha luz a la habitación pues las cortinas no son oscuras ni del tamaño completo de la ventana. Lo demás cumple.

En limpieza nos quedó a deber muchísimo Es buena opción si no eres muy picky pero nos tocó ver hasta insectos dentro de la habitación, persianas manchadas y la regadera pfff, obligatorio usar sandalias En general el concepto está padre y la atención de las personas del lobby súper bien, solo que se escuchan hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones cercanas

Muy limpia la habitación , todo funcionando , seguridad en la entrada 24hrs , no había música fuerte ni ruidos. Se repita un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor . Muy cerca de áreas comerciales . En planta baja hay muy buenos restaurantes saliendo del edificio. Cumplió con todo el propósito .

Poca privacidad, mucho ruido, cama incómoda.

La habitación es bonita, pero la realidad es que no es práctica. Pésima selección de persianas; muy ruidosas hasta las del vecino se escucha. Entra toda la Luz. La cama es MUY incómoda, sin opción de almohadas. No servía la tele y me dejaron toallas sucias. No hay gimnasio. Se escuchan las conversaciones de otros cuartos. En contraste buena ubicación.
