Hôtel avec une situation / vue magique ! Propreté impeccable et personnel adorable ! Petit déjeuner succulent ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert une cuisine simple mais délicieuse à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Attention cependant, cet hôtel n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Le site est escarpé et l’accès à toutes les infrastructures se fait par escaliers.
Vue depuis la chambre. La piscine et la salle de petit déjeuner sont en contrebas des bâtiments.

As the name implies, set in Douro valley with great view of the river below. We used as a rest stop, with no touring. Beautiful location with nice sunrise and sunsets. Nice room, but steps to and from meals and pool. Best be fit to enjoy the area.

Great experience at the hotel/winery

Everyone was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The front desk set up a wine tour and a restaurant reservation for us, which we appreciated. The view from the room was lovely. A coffee option in the room would have been nice, but the breakfast buffet opens at 8 and had many options. The dinner buffet was convenient for a late night arrival.
