Estava tudo ok. Uma coisa é que os boxes dos banheiros têm uma queda muito ruim para os ralos. Em vários quartos que já fiquei no Tauá têm essa questão. Não chega a ser um problema, mas é um pouco incômodo durante o banho. No dia seguinte a água continua empoçada dentro do box. Outra coisa é que os carros ficam queimando no sol...o estacionamento poderia ter uma cobertura, quem sabe de placa solar!

Resort muito bom! Fui num período que estava no sistema All Inclusive e a comida e a bebida foram excelentes. O ambiente é tranquilo e especialmente propício para pessoas que visitam com crianças. O quarto é bem grande e confortável. O checkin e checkout são rápidos e eficientes. Para melhorar, só poderia ficar como All Inclusive durante todo ano e não apenas em períodos determinados.

Foram dias de descanso, quarto limpo, comida boa, excelente atrações. Tudo muito bom. Um ponto a melhorar é que algumas coisas precisam de manutenção como a porta do frigobar, precisava usar algum apoio pra abrir. Mas é um lugar que traz muito conforto.

Estivemos durante o mês de julho com a diária bem elevada em torno de 2k, com o serviço all inclusive desproporcional ao valor pago, cardápio não variava, era oferecido frango, peixe, carne de porco e na opção carne de vaca era sempre um contra filé queimado, os quartos não eram bem limpos e o frigobar tinha apenas bebidas, nem um mísero bombom, pagando uma diária tão alta esperávamos um serviço de excelência, pois comparado a outros resorts com a diária similar e acesso a praias lindas, a alimentação também era muito melhor, por tanto nos sentimos insatisfeitos. Um ponto também de muita indignação é que o resort é montado para tirar dinheiro dos pais em toda extensão, brinquedos e brincadeiras pagas, salgadinhos expostos na área de circulação das crianças que se quisesse teria que pagar também, enfim, não voltaremos
