Our stay at The Mitsui Kyoto was truly excellent. The hotel facilities are wonderful — very comfortable, beautifully designed, and extremely well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the property is elegant and serene, perfectly reflecting the spirit of Kyoto. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the private onsen experience, which was exceptional. The facilities are immaculate and the experience is both relaxing and memorable. We did have a small inconvenience during check-in, but the team handled the situation in a very professional and gracious manner. They immediately apologized and did everything possible to make up for the issue, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was also very good, with high quality ingredients and a pleasant atmosphere, although service can be a little slow at times. We traveled with our 4-year-old daughter, and she was treated with remarkable kindness by the entire staff. The hotel even prepared a robe and pajamas in her size, which was a very thoughtful touch. They also kindly arranged a birthday cake for my wife, which made the occasion even more special. I would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Nanayo Doi and Mr. Hiroshi Mototake, who were both extremely attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay.
