The outside of the building looks brand new, but the room itself was disgusting. I mean the walls were dirty, paint was chipped off the wall, the bathtub faucet leaked and dripped, there was a constant ticking noise in my room that I later discovered was a dryer vent that was directly below my room. It made it hard to sleep. There was a cockroach on the shower curtain when I went to take a bath. I said to him, "I hope they aren't charging you too much for rent because this place is a dump my friend". But seriously I'm not that picky of a person, it's just that I believe this hotel caters to long term tenants and they apparently are not concerned with damaging the rooms. I suppose I got what I paid $84 dollars for, but next time I'll go elsewhere.

This has been the worst hotel experience to date. Pet friendly but no attention to cleanliness. Pet hair on the linen in our room and a hair covered rug in the elevator. The smell throughout the hotel was unsatisfactory. Staff was unprofessional and literally told us that they would have to kick us out on Christmas because they would be closed. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again, just a bad experience overall.

I waited over 10 minutes for the receptionist to respond and check me in. I had an issue with the wifi and had to return to the front desk... to wait AGAIN, another 10 minutes before i was helped. Receptionist was in the back room within the front desk phone accessible.

Booked a 7 night stay, The room has infested with roaches, called front desk the staff said they would send someone up, but never did, asked for another room, they wouldn't change me. So Went out and brougt some bug spray but it never stopped more from coming. Got so tired of the pest couldn't even stay all 7 nights ended up leaving 3 days earlier then check out date. They will not refund for those days.
