Al llegar nos brindaron un upgrade cln vista al mar. La atencion del staff es excelente, en especial un agradecimiento especial a Marian y Yolanda, quienes nos ayudaron a que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mejor. Urias y todos los chicos de animación muy amables. El último día fuimos a desayunar al grill y el servicio tambien fue excelente de parte de Daniel, Ricardo, Merely y Paulina.

You get what you pay for in terms of service. They were understaffed. We got an outdated room but our in laws got a renovated room and it was pretty nice. The resort is small but cozy and it had everything we needed including a cafe. The pools were great and renovated and we didn’t struggle to find seating. Service at the pool sucked because they were understaffed but if you tip well they start doing a better job. The food was mediocre BUT the hibachi restaurant was great. We are probably not staying here again because we usually stay at the RIU and the Dreams all inclusive but it was good for the price.

We stayed at this resort in 2019 and loved it. It was different this trip. I was disappointed that some of the resort was now the Altitude Club and off limits to Krystal Grand guests. The rooms are getting tired and worn and are not as shown in the add. The service wasn’t the best not due to staff not working hard, there just were not enough staff. The food was alright but the lines were long. Overall it is not a resort we will revisit, which makes me sad because I certainly loved it the first time.

My kids and I went for Spring Break and we were very disappointed with the hotel. The food at the restaurants was TERRIBLE. We ended up going to the supermarket and buying food to keep in the room. Paying for the all-inclusive was a waste of my money! I also got food poisoning on the last night of our trip. The hotel itself was fine - it is a bit old and in need of updating. We had to get one of our beds fixed as well as the shower during our stay. The staff at the lobby counter were not very friendly and actually told me I did not have a reservation when I arrived. My kids and I had just flown in from the US and the man at the counter told me I was out of luck because he didn't have my reservation in HIS system, even though I had a confirmation email. He was not kind or helpful and was prepared for me and my young kids to just leave and find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, the man from the Expedia desk eventually helped us and we actually did have a reservation. It was not a great way to start our hotel experience!!! The hotel shop is EXTREMELY expensive so be sure not to forget anything! Unfortunately, we were not happy with our hotel experience and will never return to Krystal Grand.

El hotel cumple a secas, estaban arreglando, no hay ni licuadora para las bebidas frozen en la alberca, nos cerraron el restaurante casi todo el viaje; está descuidado. Lo mejor el servicio de algunos empleados, otros se ve que también la padecen; tiene accesibilidad a playa, bonita vista, fácil de llegar, y fue barato pero no regresaría
