Our 2nd stay

We stayed here about a 6 months ago, was a good stay in a nice quiet clean room. This time we paid more for their best "Superior" room, first one was simply gross with handprints and fingerprints on the walls and switches. Room looked unmaintained. So we had them move us, ended up in a newer cleaner room, same room as 6 months prior but this time we had paid more. The text number they guve for contact stopped answering back when I asked for an explanation. Internet also didn’t work in both rooms and the pool was milky and literally falling apart (a number of kids were playing by finding tiles and had piles of them). Wont go back again...

Quick stop with family

-My family stayed for one night. -The hotel let us check in at noon as we had to check out of our previous accomodation by 1100. -The lady that was working while we were there was super helpful and very kind to us. -We enjoyed the pool. My child LOVED the pool, he had so much fun in there. -We had to check out before 0330 in the morning as we had an early flight to catch. That part was a little bit of a hassle...we could not use the gate near our room as they keep the gates locked from 2100-0900, so we had to take all of our luggage to the main gate through the brick sidewalks and cobble stone. It was quite noisy, possibly woke up other guests. -The location was good, close to a lot of places to eat and shop. -I would stay again.

Terrible!

Lo peor de lo peor! No respetaron la habitación que pagué, al hablar con la gente del lugar solo me dijeron “pues es lo que hay”. El lugar mugroso, con moho en los baños, no se sabían ni la contraseña del internet por lo tanto no pudimos utilizarlo. En general terrible. NO MAL GASTEN SU DINERO EN ESTE LUGAR!!!!!!

Family meeting stay.

Stay was good. Good service. Only thing was no kitchen sink stopper that work to keep water in. And Tv was only Mexican, could finger out how to change to English but did get stingray English music. It was only a 2 day stay so it was ok. Will stay again.

When I arrived there was no one to greet me. Two lovely couples from Saskatchewan helped me out until the manager showed up. The unit itself was fine but not very well stocked. You start off with one roll of toilet paper and nothing to wash dishes with - I had to purchase my own. Not much in the way of cutlery or glassware but I was by myself so it wasn’t too traumatic. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and the size of the pool was good too. Would I go there again? Maybe because I know what to expect and if the price was right.

this is more of an apartment building than hotel. The three of us were given only one set of keys, and that included to only one gate, so coming and going was often very inconvenient. We were locked out initially and there was no one to greet us even though we arrived before 6 PM we never checked in or checked out; just talked to a security guard.

It was overall a great stay. The room was great and quiet but missing a few tiny details like a wastebasket for the kitchen and i had to find an ignition source to light the stove. But the staff was helpful when they could understand me and overall i would recommend this place!

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Honestly, when we rolled up, we were skeptical. We glt walked half way in, even more skeptical. Didnt realise at that pount we were at an unrenovated potion of the property. Go to out building, was nice, inside was great, service was great, everything was great! Ill admit, property could use a little more care and pool need sa re-tile. But overall, very sstisfied! Our family wouod hapily stay again for a day, week, month or year!!!!

En general creo que no esta mal la calidad - precio. Los departamentos en sí por dentro estan muy bien cuidados y limpios, a demás las camas son super cómodas, pero ya las instalaciones como tal, alberca y otras áreas si les hace falta mantenimiento. Pero la verdad la pasamos muy bien y hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas al lugar.

Stay away from this hotel.

Was not possible to get cleaned up properly as the shower had barely any water coming out. This is an old ran down place in bad part of town. Jorge and staff were very nice but this hotel is hopeless and dont even have a front desk open at all. Stay far away if you want to enjoy your vacation. We left on day 4 of 10 and still hoping for some kind of a refund.

Furniture is dirty, stained; towels were ragged, toilet has a black ring; building needs maintenance, it looks terrible. Manager asked to be paid in cash, stated the terminal did not work. Would never stay here again, nor I recommend this place.

Nice place to stay

The hotel was nice for the cost and i was only there for 2 nights. My only complaint was the sofa in the living room was stained. The pool was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and all the staff were great. The TV had a function for English language so i appreciated that not being fluent in Spanish.

You get what you pay for.

I paid $371 for a week which was a positive. Negatives/questionables - Not clean - stains all over sofa, dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers upon arrival - You have to pay $10 each day you want cleaning service no matter how long you stay - No soap, but 2 semi used shampoos in shower - Oven didn’t light without a lighter - Safe didn’t work due to dead batteries which they replaced, but never brought a cover for the battery compartment which when closed was necessary to keep the batteries from falling out when closed. - Hodgepodge of kitchen utensils and supplies - inconsistent number of bowels, plates, glasses - Lax enforcement of published pool rules regarding glass and loud Music - I was initially only provided 1 towel, but was given more upon request. - Multiple buildings with some old and mixed in with the renovated ones - They did bring a sponge and dish soap when I requested them so I could clean my dishes. - You are expected to take out your own trash to the corner. - Water pressure low - Outside noises seemingly radiate into the building. - If you lose the keys you have to pay a locksmith to change the locks and provide extra keys - Many of the staff and seemingly their families live on site which is good and bad. No respetaron mi reservacion, me dieron otra habitacion que no era, en pagina aparece asignada con un nombre y al llegar al hotel le cambian el nombre a las habitaciones y te dicen que lo que reservaste no es lo que ellos tienen en su base de datos. La situación es que llego una excursión, estaba lleno el hotel, asignaron la habitacion que reserve y se la pasaron diciendome que el hotel estaba lleno argumentando que yo estaba mal en lo que reservé y que si me harían un cambio, pero hasta que se desocuparan las habitaciones. La habitacion que me dieron fue la más economica, el sofa cama estaba muy sucio y destartalado, no había botes de.basura, el baño olia raro, la alberca con los azulejos levantados, sin mantenimiento, basura en las areas verdes. Lo mas rescatable fue la.vigilante Mika. La verdad fue una mala experiencia.

I really liked the full kitchen with gas stove. Full fridge with freezer. Thus is good for a long stay. Also has a laundry room for manual washing out your clothes. AC works well. Beds and couch were fairly comfortable too. Good location near grocery and market. 10 minutes walk to beach but quiet at night Pending on the guests.
