Yesterday and early this morning we had probably 4% electric and 97% of the time no electricity so it got cold last nite my medicine and my food got ruin and i check in early and checked out late they keep knocking on my door and calling me telling me it was time to leave my check out time at 3pm today so i left early and when I got there yesterday to check-in, they let me go to my room. But the room was still dirty. My checking time was at 1 PM. Yesterday and I didn't get in the room 4 minutes before 3

Room was not ready at check in. Trash and mouse poop were present in the "cleaned" room. The facility suffers from neglect. The breakfast was not worth time required to check it out. Members of our group were shorted pillows and bedding. it appears to be a home for the homeless. Take a pass.

Our room had a dirty wash rag hung over the showerhead. Our toilet was not clean. Our microwave was very dirty. The pool area us horrible the ceiling leaking into the pool of water cloudy a ring around the pool chairs in pool area was gross not to mention the laundry baskets! Wasn't expected for this kind of hotel to be in the Hall of Fame city worst ever

I don’t know where to begin. Broken hair dryer with hand written sign not to use. Sagging ceiling. Hallways noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. Breakfast ended at 9am on a Saturday. No coffee for the in room code

The orange juice was spoiled. I told the attendant, Ashley, and she proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my taste buds, the orange juice was fine until February. I then requested a supervisor and you wouldn't believe, this unprofessional female is the supervisor. Are you serious??? Wyndham hired her as a supervisor??? You've got to be lying. She didn't bother to taste the orange juice herself but rather insulted me. My brother tasted it and another guest tasted it and said the same thing. I opened the refrigerator in our room and it was FILTHY!!! I had to clean the bathtub before we used it. So to add injury to insult, it's dirty with bad customer service. I'm contacting Wyndham directly about this terrible manager. So to be a smart, you know what, this unprofessional female takes the apple juice and pulls the dispensers out of it so the kids can't get that. I didn't complain about that, I complained about the disgusting orange juice, and since I contacted Expedia to complain, she decided to punish everyone else. SMH

Booked a king bed suite. The online photos were completely misleading. It showed beautiful bathrooms - one of which had a jetted tub and separate shower. Now, I did not book the room with such amenity, but I expected to have a decent sized bathroom. It was basically a closet that housed a toilet and tub/shower combo. I had to walk sideways to get through the door. Kept banging the door into the tub everytime I went in and out. There was a large spot of the popcorn ceiling missing right above the bed. The light and heat lamp in the bathroom had NO covers on them. They splurged on a backlit mirror for the vanity which was nice, but the counter was unusually short for an adult (about the right height for a child to use).There was a soda bottle lid on the floor between the TV stand and wall that was apparently missed by the cleaning crew before we checked in. I can say that at least the heat worked well and the bed was comfortable. The sitting area was nice and well lit. Needless to say, I would not stay there again. I was disappointed with the accommodations. I can't testify to breakfast as I did not take advantage of it.
