Proceed with Caution

I saw the reviews weren’t great, but the convenience was worth it… However, they had a giant trashcan in the middle of the hall, catching water from my leaking pipe, the beds were so uncomfortable, and the room felt dirty. Also, my screens were all dented, and the windows filthy. The lady at the front desk was very nice however, and the food in the restaurant was not awful, but also nothing I’d ever eat again (very greasy!). All that said, I would probably go back just because it’s the only option right in town and it’s nice to not have to drive after a day of skiing but that’s just me and my kids. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to the rest of my family otherwise.

No thank you

It's like we stepped into 1990. Nothing's changed. And there's 20 years of grime on everything. The Google reviews are spot on. Don't eat in the restaurant either. There's some other good spots around. Hot tub had black mold around the water line. Bedding was scary as is the carpet.

Avoid this hotel!

Although across street from Summit West, the owners of this property are doing the bare minimum to keep doors open. Carpets dirty, a slip cover on a rotty chair, yellowed sheets and towels, no housekeeping even when we asked. Hot tub was slightly green with windows boarded up with random plywood. We stayed 3 nites for ski trip. Won't ever return. Summit West ski area across street, but is closed mid-week. Summit Central is still a .9 mile drive down road, Alptental is a couple miles away. North Bend is 18 miles down freeway with decent hotels.

There weren’t much choices on food around the area And a lot of them closed early on the weekends, the Inn was really expensive for one night given how old and run down the places look, only reason I gave it any stars was because there was availability last minute.

Hotel is dated absolutely nothing has changed and probably the last 30 years the room was not clean I had two rooms one room had a used bath soap in it the other bathroom had a used Band-Aid in it and would possibly could have been Blood on the toilet seat random body hairs on the counters and tub bad condition in the rooms slow service checking in do not recommend this place but then it is the only one in the area would never stay there again

The staff was great. Check-in was friendly but quick and easy. My husband, son and I had breakfast at the pancake house and it was delicious. After we checked out, my son realized he forgot his phone in the room but the staff was super helpful in helping us retrieve it. My son (11 years old) said he loves the decor, especially the chandelier and stag's head.
