The only thing that would make this hotel better, and at no fault to any of the staff, would be the use of chairs on the other end of the beach. The staff were all helpful and attentive, the atmosphere is great, and the rooms were wonderful!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean bedding that made it easy to fall asleep almost instantly. The location was perfect for snorkeling, we were lucky enough to swim with a turtle twice during our stay, which was an unforgettable highlight. The hotel service was excellent. Staff arranged bespoke pick-ups and drop-offs by a golf cart, and provided everything needed at the beach, including towels, parasols, sun loungers, and snorkeling gear. It made it totally hassle free. The reception team was especially helpful and friendly, offering great local advice on activities, car hire, and restaurant recommendations… all of which proved very useful during our stay. The snack bar was also a great bonus, perfect for quick bites and refreshments throughout the day. There are two restaurants right next to it, we enjoyed them both.

There is not one bad thing that I can say about this hotel. It is incredible! The staff is wonderful. Mario is a GOD SEND! He really helped me out and he’s so sweet and caring, he actually cares about your stay and about you - not about your money! Everybody at the front desk was so nice. The hotel is clean, beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Very clean and service provided daily. Coffee and pastries free each morning. Right next to 3 really good restaurants…Baci Italian is excellent! Location is great, very close to beach and they have a golf cart that takes you and picks you up. Room balcony overlooks marina.

Room was clean and modern—glass bowl sinks and open stone showers. Comfortable beds and pillows, big ceiling fan and excellent AC. Quiet. Complimentary bottled waters throughout your stay. Balcony with comfy chairs and peaceful view of the yachts coming in and out. Literally ten steps from Baci restaurant and The Sharkbite. Pool is small but barely anyone there. Very modern and HEATED, so super enjoyable to take a dip in. Managers at the front are super helpful and are truly invested in getting everything right for your stay. Mango Reef Restaurant so close as well. Complimentary beach lounges, towels, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. They will take you and pick you up from a great beach right on Smith’s Reef—we saw tons of sea turtles, fish, and a stingray! Every time we went we saw more than we ever saw at Bight Reef. Away from Grace Beach, but just a short taxi ride to get there. Not fancy or as high end as the places on Grace Beach, but new and clean and safe and overall, a great experience if this is what you’re looking for.

Clean and comfortable with a simple, modern vibe. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. It met my expectations for a boutique hotel in this price range. We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open for breakfast & coffee (TurkWave). Also enjoyed the marina vibe with the boats coming and going. Obviously, this isn’t a Grace Bay resort with a private beach, but it was easy to get cabs to the Grace Bay Area for activities & dining. Overall we think this stay was a great value for what we were looking for - a luxury experience for a fraction of the resort prices.

Great service, location and attention to detail! Not mentioned is their free continental breakfast and fruits pretty much all day! What a bonus. Also beach umbrellas and chairs at the Reef! All the pleasant little bonuses made the experience even better; could not ask for a better stay in an area that seems like the heart of town. Highly recommended! Mario and the other front desk workers were so accommodating and helpful too!
