The beds and the room itself were comfortable for our family of 5. However, the bathroom was inconvenient and a mess. The bathtub was not sealed properly and water leaked from the corner of the tub and onto the bathroom floor. We had to keep a towel in the corner to keep the floor dry. The bathroom sink was not fitted properly and we could hardly get our hands under the flow of water. The faucet did not come out far enough over the sink. The refrigerator did not get cold enough.

Vi ankom fredag og havde egentlig bestemt at være der til tirsdag, men kørte allerede mandag, da værelserne slet ikke bliver ordnet, med mindre man er der mere end 4 nætter. På Hotels.com står der "daglig rengøring". Vi kunne hente kaffe og te i receptionen, men på værelset blev der INTET gjort. Og generelt var der bare nusset overalt. Morgenmaden var elendig, der var slet ikke pålæg, ost eller grønt. Beliggenheden var rigtig fin, og der var masser af p-pladser. På den anden side af vejen lå et Pizzaria, som lavede virkelig gode pizzaer:-)

This hotel is close to Fashion Outlet Mall and several restaurants. Its a busy hotel with too many young kids. Our room is on the 2nd floor and youcan hear every footstep in the hallway.

Awful. Pubic hairs in shower, dirt like film on top of pool water, pubic and/or facial hairs floating in pool. Advertised as hotel with pool and hot tub. No hot tub. Pool was claimed to be heated, very cold. Caution tape up around certain areas of pool. No pool towels available in pool area, had to request from front desk. Our hotel smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The hotel only had two staff members available to speak to - a front desk person and one “housekeeper.” We received no housekeeping, even upon request. The photos shown online looked VERY different than the hotel actual looks. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel the morning after we checked in.

Overall a fantastic hotel!!! It was clean, the common areas are very nice and up to date, good breakfasts daily, big, warm pool, and good location. Our one complaint was that we could not charge all of our phones and watch at the same time. We had 13 electrical outlets and USB ports but only one USB port worked without fail and only one outlet worked occasionally, if we got lucky, positioned it just right, and didn’t touch it once we got it connected. The front desk told us “he” was in the process of replacing all of the outlets, but had no solution to the problem. If you stay here, and I recommend you do, bring a portable bank and be prepared to charge your devices at breakfast or other places, just to be safe

Great bang for your buck. Clean comfortable room. A nice indoor heated pool. Little arcade area for the kids to play in. Coffee, tea and juice available for free 24 hrs a day. The breakfast is included and had scrambled eggs (that were pretty good for hotel food), sausage, potatoes and waffles. And everyone there was very friendly.
