Our check-in experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were more of a burden than a guest. When we called down to ask for the WiFi password, the front desk staff curtly told us to "check our key folder." We did—and there was nothing written down.
We attempted to call back twice more for help, but both times the call was abruptly disconnected. Frustrated, we walked down to the front desk, only to be met with visible irritation from the staff member, who was assisting another guest. We simply held up our key folder—still blank—and without a word, she grabbed it and stamped the WiFi info on it.
No apology, no acknowledgment, just rude and dismissive service from start to finish. Not the kind of welcome you’d expect or hope for in a hospitality setting.
