We had an accessible room, and the shower bottom was absolutely filthy, with several hairs from what looked like different people. It was so dirty, in fact, that my partner didn’t want to step in it and didn’t. I did try to use the “shower.” There was no shower head at all, only a tiny hose attachment with woefully Inadequate water pressure. I would have been better off in the sink. People with disabilities need a proper shower, and if anything, require reliable water pressure and the ability to bathe themselves more than the average person. It was entirely unacceptable and I stay in hotels almost every night for my job.
Additionally, the woman at the front desk was rude. This hotel needs to do better.
