My cousin and I loved our stay here. It was wonderful staying in a historical hotel close to the center of town and right in the middle of all the restaurants. Walking distance to the cathedral and park. Breakfast which is included was delicious and you had a choice of what you had. Service was great too

The hotel is really pretty, colonial building very nice but it needs renovation and improvements. The fridge did not work on any of the 4 rooms we got, super noisy so don’t expect to go there to rest. We were 4 and missed towels , asked the front desk but they never delivered, the bathrooms were stained, hot and cold water during 30 second cycles. The room was way too expensive for this hotel. On the other hand the staff and breakfast were great, and there are in the center of the city and around a lot of restaurants and bars

Caveat is that on certain occasions the street where the hotel is located is a party spot that would make it quite noisy until late at night.

The check in process, the attentiveness of their staff was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent! I really liked the fact that it was so close "the calzada" which offers so many dining and nightlife options. We were traveling with two little ones (5 and 10) and they really loved this hotel

Welcome by all staff was very warm and friendly. Justin on give us lots of advice and arrange a Volcano tour with a super guide Harold.
Hotel very well located, near the central square and restaurants and bars and other places to visit.

La hospitalidad, el ambiente, la decoración. Es perfecto si lo que se quiere es buscar ese ambiente colonial que aún existe en Granada. El hotel es bellísimo, la atención es demasiado buena y es una experiencia inolvidable. Desde que se entra al hotel, te quedas asombrado de lo lindo que es.
