Perfect Hotel for a visit to Lake Garda

This hotel was great. Very modern and clean with convenient access to the Sirmione old town/historic district. The service was excellent and the included breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great swimming pools and lakeside views and access.

The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel is to offer some complementary cooled (citrus)-water in the lobby or something since there is also no complementary water offered in the room. (Eco reasons?) Some offering of refreshment after a walk from town should be standard at a hotel with this level of service since there is also no welcome drink offered at check in; your only go-to now is the mini-bar when you arrive thirsty from the heat outside…

Allgemein gut gefallen, allerdings hatten wir das Hotel aufgrund des vorhandenen Spa-Bereichs und Pools gebucht. Leider war der Pool nicht immer offen und der Spa Bereich kann nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 20€ pro Person für 90 Minuten genutzt werden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut und morgen zieht der Geruch aus der Küche vom Frühstück hoch ins Zimmer, was eher unangenehm war.

Todo genial

Todo genial. La habitación muy bien, moderna y limpia. El baño también limpio y moderno. La habitación daba a la calle con vistas al mar. No se oía prácticamente nada. He de decir que en invierno no pasan muchos coches y no se como será en verano. Conveniente para ir al centro ya que está a 10 minutos caminando. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito fuera y dentro de las instalaciones pero es pequeño, así que hay que procurar no llegar tarde porque se llena. El desayuno bueno y bastante completo. Agradezco que te hagan el café de calidad hecho de cafetera. El primer día nos pusieron zumo de naranja natural aunque el segundo día no fue natural. Tiene una pequeña piscina preciosa pero no pudimos aprovecharla por ser invierno. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel.
