The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw.

After arriving late ( after 10PM ) no food was available , not even snacks at the bar . Ironing tables are located on the 3rd floor only Room was only cleaned once. The above points are not really helpful if using this hotel for business, traveling from overseas. Bar staff not very helpful 1 guy particular was not happy about serving us.
