Nice big clean room, well appointed. Slow wifi in the evening, but fast in the morning, so I guess too many people for their feed. Shower in my room (217) would not stay high (maintenance needed), and both the soft dispenser return springs were shot (maintenance). Very nice helpful staff. Email need better directions to "P29" at FRA to catch the shuttle. Oh yeah - no hairdryer.

First, trying to maneuver lugagge to find the shuttle ar the airport was a disaster. Then the shuttle dropped us a longnwalk from the hotel. Then had to carry luggage up thebstairs to the hotel lobby since the handicapped door was not working. Then sat in the restaurant and was told it closed at 11 pm. I sat for 10 minutes without service, went to front desk and they sent someone to help. The girl who came over then told me the kitchen was closed. Then i go hungry and tired to my room tonfind hair in the sheets...very disappointing stay

5 Star for the people working there! But 1 or zero for the hotel. The bathroom was STINKING! The people at the reception came up right away and put some solution but that did not help. I woke up to the same stink in the morning. Also, there is no coffee or hot water available in the room. Super nice people, terrible management!

Rooms good size. Good location. Ended up having to take a taxi despite a free shuttle because the hotel would not accommodate a handicapped person who could not walk to the bus stop. There was room for the bus to pull over right in front of the hotel so one person could board. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Difficult to find airport shuttle (in front of airport medical center, which is NOT noted on their website); shuttle pickup / drop off at hotel is not at the hotel itself but a parking garage; broken glass in room; old weathered coasters in room should have been thrown away instead of recycled to future guests; I asked for ice and was given one glass of ice, I asked for another and was told that was literally all the ice the entire hotel had!; room was warm so asked for a fan and was told they didn’t have any… thankfully, I realized I could open the window but then had the noise all night from people walking and rolling suitcases back and forth to/from the shuttle area. Overall, terrible stay.

Room was a good size, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Staff member at checkin @ 23.30 was welcoming and happy, despite the hour. Breakfast was €15 and good value as there is a huge buffet of cereals, fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, bread (+toaster) juices, coffee + tea. Checkout is 10.00, although you can have late checkout for a fee. The airport shuttle is free, but doesn't drop or pickup at the hotel -- you have to walk 250m to the car park (perhaps the primary users of shuttle) despite the shuttle bus then driving right by the hotel!! And while we were collected right at Terminal 2, our departure was from T1, and again there was a 250m walk. Some reviews mentioned they couldn't find the shuttle, so I contacted the hotel in advance, and they sent me very detailed instructions -- even I couldn't get it wrong.

Clean and comfortable -- shuttle inconvenient

Clean, comfortable, and well-priced hotel near the airport. The only drawback is that the shuttle picks one up at the airport at a shuttle stop in front of the medical clinic, which is about 250 m. (820 ft.) from Terminal 1; similarly, the shuttle drops one off not at the hotel entrance, but at a parking structure another 250 m. or so from the hotel entrance. On a rainy day, this can be a problem.
