This place is perfect for an adult only hotel! It’s quiet, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with one of your best friends or significant other this place is perfect. We stayed in the Grand Villa and it was breathtaking!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the jungle lodge for 2 nights and wished we stayed longer. Not only was the place so stunning it left you speechless but the staff was outstanding. They where so helpful kind and attentive to all of our needs. I would recommend this place over and over again for any nature lovers ,looking for a quiet relaxing vacation!

Amazing place. We ended up staying one more night because it was so relaxing and fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience a wonderful one and the facilities are always clean. The food at the restaurant was incredible and the included breakfast was healthy and delicious. Etson, Antonio, and Alex made everything go smoothly and their customer service was unmatched. Absolutely recommend staying here, we will be back next time we visit the area.

We had never stayed at a boutique style lodge. I was really impressed with every bit of the experience. Our suite was clean and awesome. Great little touches with cute towel foldings and a touch of flowers picked right on the property. The fruit trees attracted beautiful tropical birds. We even had a Toucan visit everyday. The free breakfast was great. Additional food was available for lunch and dinner and we were always pleased. Staff was great, friendly and made the best Margheritas. Highly recommend a visit and I do hope to return in the future. Anne & Rod

We loved this place. Every member of the staff was amazing. They helped us resolve a minor problem early in the stay and continued the excellent hospitality throughout our time at the hotel. The location is off the main roadways and tucked fairly far down a dirt road. You definitely will need a rental car at this location. This hotel really is in the jungle. If you don’t like little critters such as ants, spiders, lizards, birds etc. this may not be the place for you. If however you are open to a bit of nature this is an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the welcome could not have been warmer or more authentic. The room was large and beautiful with part of the jungle growing in our bathroom which was incredible when it rained. The food was amazing and food and drinks were great value. You are in the jungle so be prepared for lots of wildlife - there will be some ants, spiders, birds and squirrels around the property. Even though the housekeeping was perfect you are always going to see a couple of ants because you are in the jungle - relax and make friends with them and you’ll be fine. However you do need a car. We didn’t have one and it was a problem. There was an error on the Expedia website and it said the property was 8min walk from the beach but it was a 15min drive or 45min walk along a busy dusty road. Taxis are double London prices so it cost £65 one way to Tulum. So hire a car and have an amazing time at this beautiful place. Also it can be hard to find an atm so get money out at the airport. But overall I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and the incredible staff. Both have a lot of heart.

This is a very new property, clean, well landscaped and maintained and the units are not too close together providing privacy. There is still work to be done - for example the units are wired for TV but are not installed; the patio is raised off the ground but not fenced. Our unit had a mini-fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. Blackout curtains are installed in the living and bedroom, which keeps the room dark even after dawn. The bathroom is large but the addition of a few hooks to hang clothes such as wet bathing suits would be a good idea. The staff are attentive, and the bar / pool / dining area is kept very clean. The menu is comprehensive, and meals are good and well prepared. I can't say enough about the managers Edson and Antonio who are always there to provide any assistance or recommendations required. There is construction nearby related to the Quintana Roo train line that is currently being built. The last 600 meters to Jungle Lodge is a poorly maintained single lane dirt road with large potholes navigable by any vehicle but slow. Tulum is an easy 15 minute drive where you can find a large Walmart style store (Chedraui) as well as many good restaurants and attractions. Overall, we spent several pleasant days at Jungle Lodge Boutique and felt we got good value for money.

Excelente el trato de todo el staff, el servicio de primera. El lugar está hermoso, las instalaciones limpias, el desayuno riquísimo, te tratan con mucha amabilidad. Lo único es que no en todos los cuartos hay minisplit, y creo que conviene que a todos los cuartos les pongan minisplit y estaría perfecta la estancia. El WiFi no sirvió en ningún momento, también eso deberían resolver aunque es un poco entendible porque está en medio de a selva. Todo lo demás es fantástico

All services offered at the Jungle Lodge Boutique Hotel was top notch. The on site manager was excellent with people skills and he is great at anticipating guests need. Food was delicious too! Highly recommend and I would for sure go back.

Séjour trés agréable.

I loved this hotel the only thing is that not all the rooms have AC, also the WiFi never worked, and just a suggestion to walk with the luggage to the hotel is a little bit hard it will be good if all the way to the rooms have good walk ways and not rocks. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast excellent!!

Enjoyed the bedroom/ bathroom and plunge pool. This is a perfect place for couples or friends looking for peace and quiet. It is a 30 minute drive to Tulum hotel zone and about 50 min to Playa del Carmen so if you rent a car you will have options to visit more places. There is no transportation here/ bikes/scooters to rent nor would I recommend since the road isn’t paved. Getting a car is the best bet. We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but the pool and bar area are beautiful.

I liked the pool. The extra large room I felt was a waste of money because it had a large room off the bedroom but was not air-conditioned and only one small sofa in the area with bar but it was just for 2 people. The small pool was nice iff the back but very difficult to enter with only one huge step. For those with mobility problems it was not easily used. The biggest problem and reason why we will leave us the time spent finding this place. There was NO Signs to aid you and my phone helped little... No one knew this place that we asked so took nearly 2 hours to drive when tired to find the hotel... No TV in the room or in any if the rooms...ugh. The front desk has many guests that live the place but we are not on this list. If you want seclusion then yy might like this hotel. Very quiet.
