I found cockroaches in the room and they left a window open and all my clothes got wet, also a hair dryer was damaged and the hotel never respond for this. They are the worst, never is a manager available there.

Por el precio que se paga, el hotel esta bien. No es silencioso. Asi que si lo que quieres es dormir y descansar no creo que sea tu opción. Si lo que quieres es tener un lugar donde pasar la noche económico este es el lugar. Todo el personal muy amable

Me hospede con mi pareja. El hotel es bonito, queda al final de laureles colindando con Belen. No tiene ambiente a sus alrededores para salir a caminar o comer. Para el transporte es incomodo. El hotel en general para el precio no esta mal. Desayuno solo dos opciones y no tan buenas. Los cocteles horrible. El servicio es como si no les gustara su trabajo. Habia leido sobre las cucarachas y mi novio si las vio. No volveria al mismo. Tampoco te mencionan la musica en la terraza los sabados y domingos. Pides una cosa y no la hay. El trafico para poblado desde el hotel fue complicado. Recomiendo poblado para hospedaje.

It was a good place to stay for 1 night. It did include a got breakfast. The room is fairly updated. The hotel does offer a rooftop bar which they use to serve breakfast in the morning. The room wasn't the cleanest. We found a couple of roaches in the room. We told the receptionist and they just took note of it and didn't bother to apologize.

I would book with Hotel Cavalta again in a heartbeat! - Service: 5 stars. We had an early flight and arrived mid morning. They stored our bags and worked to get the room ready for us early which we greatly appreciated! Service throughout our stay was impeccable. - Room & ambiance: 5 stars. We booked the Deluxe Suite with the tub and was so happy we went for it. The room is a comfortable size with a lovely layout and we also had cleaning services everyday. One morning I went back up to grab something from the room and found the cleaning person thoroughly cleaning up the tub, this made us feel really good seeing how they took care of the space. Amenities: 4 stars. The only downside is that they don’t have a gym however they are equipped in every other area. There are two jacuzzis on the rooftop and I believe they also mentioned a sauna and massage room which we didn’t get around to taking advantage of. There’s a rooftop restaurant which provides an amazing panoramic view of the city and is located right infront of a landing strip so you enjoy a beautiful view with planes landing and taking off every few minutes. Breakfast was included in our booking and grateful for it which saved us the hassle of finding restaurants in the morning. There’s also a lunch and dinner menu with room service till 10pm, neither of which we got to take advantage of, and there’s also live music on evenings. - Location: 5 stars! 40 mins away from MDE and minutes away from all the hot spots!
