Great choice for Medford stay

Great location. Our room was very clean and quiet. Refrigerator a microwave and coffee pot in the room.Air conditioning worked well The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice selection of pillows Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was ok;eggs, waffles bagels etc Arbys right next door and large grocery store a cross street We would definitely stay here again

I called in and scheduled a mid-night shuttle from the airport. I tried calling after the shuttle did not show up. The phone rang and rang. I had to call five times before getting someone to answer. The front desk claimed there was no reservation made. The shuttle finally showed up. When we got to the hotel, the hot water machine and the ice machine were broken. The shower did not work. In the morning, the front desk person came up and said that the faucet had to be pulled out very hard to get the water flowing. A note on the faucet would have been helpful. At breakfast, the orange juice was dark and looked like a combination of orange juice and coffee. The front desk person claimed she just added a new bag and did nothing else. The bed covers were stained. The sheets were fine.

Hawthorne (who checked me in) was great, the other staff wasn't as friendly, and even uncomfortable.. this place is run down (the building) but unfortunately the cleanliness was just not there. I wiped down all surfaces I used and kept pulling the flat sheet over as it's not tucked in and over a dirty thin duvet (I saw hair and stains through the sheet).

Book somewhere else

I been staying at this hotel for several month already. The first stay was perfect. The second..some places in the room were dirty sink and counter , shower . The other ones were ok. Last month even do they “upgrade” to a bigger room because they were booked of the one I originally booked, the extra security lock had loose screws. But this last stay was the worst.. the hardware in the shower didn’t work. Tried to use the shower and more water was coming from the tap than the actual shower head, which made the water pool at my feet in the bathtub. Had to take pauses while showering to wait for the water to drain😣😠. I had reported the issues and the front desk at every check out. All of this issues are do not represent the Ramada franchise. I’m dissapointed.

Cute and Cozy

Overall a really nice little hotel. This is definitely a small establishment but it has everything you need including free breakfast in the mornings! The room i stayed in was 116 its a small one bed full bath, and it had everything i needed. The bed was big enough for my partner and I to sleep on together. The only weird thing for that room is that if you want hot water you will need to put it on the cold side and vice versa.

Dirty, sketchy and will never stay again!

Our time was dirty, hair and dirt on and in the bed/pillows, floor was filthy and there was an old coffee bag in the coffee pot. It was listed as being at the airport and it wasn’t, the neighborhood was very sketchy and a rough crowd with suspicious people hanging around outside as all hours. It smelled of smoked the breakfast area was very cramped and the food was terrible so we didn’t even eat.
