Everything was fine except for the late check-out that I arranged the day before at the reception. Apparently the in the morning another employee at the reception was under the impression that if it was not paid there is no late checkout. Wich ended up that staff was banging at the door 3 times between 1200h and 1300h. very annoying after a late night. very unprofessional and I suspect that the cleaning lady wanted to go home early....bad experience for me, the first time, at a hotel from the Radisson.....

I stayed already at this hotel for 3 times its actually good but need to have free toiletries inside specially to people who sometimes stays for a night or two.The last two rooms i stayed before was really good and spacious but this 3rd one was a superior room so i thought it will be still the same as before but sadly it was way smaller and bathroom too.But still will recommend it as area is really good ,rooms quiet ,and staffs were nice specifically the filipina lady at the reception shes very nice😊

Terrible Experience!

There is no hot water in the hotel, the receptionist said that a student set off the the fire alarm which knocked out the hot water. I asked for a refund, she refused. I asked to speak with the manager, she refused. I asked for her name, she refused to give it. I tried to take a photo to identify her (attached), she hid.m, so we could not identify her. Then once we did complain to Hotels.com they denied it had even happened! I have no complaints about Hotels.com as they dealt with it professionally so thank you.

Very noisy during the night with emergency vehicle sirens - dont know why they have to use them during the night when there is nobody up or out !

Decent hotel for the price

Friendly helpful staff, you can check in and leave your bag. The room had everything you would expect including showergel and a hair dryer, no bottled water but you can buy one at the bar 24 hours. Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection but it was absolutly fine, meats, cheese, pastry toast, yogurt, fruit etc. There was noise in the evening for several hours very near from a group, sounded like a bar or someones accommodation, it finished not to late,

Efter at have benyttet den automatisk indcheckning og betalt city-gebyret, skrev systemet at der ikke var noget ledigt værelse til mig. Jeg fik derefter et værelse anvist af receptionisten. Jeg havde bestilt og betalt for et superior værelse, men mit værelse var tydeligvis et af de mindste værelser på hele etagen. Det kunne jeg se på den floorplan det hang indenfor døren. Spild af penge at betale for et opgraderet værelse. Fjernsynet på værelset have ingen tv-kanaler indstillet, og var derfor ubrugeligt.
