Had to wait over 10 minutes for the front desk person to check me in - she was no where to b found. There were no blinds on the window. The lock on the door was missing!!! Fridge was not cold. There is no closet. Two thirds of shampoo but no conditioner. The hallway had a carpet power cleaner. The breakfast was ok - but only lasted until 9:30.

Noisy and unaccommodating staff

Recent remodeling and still remodeling breakfast room, so NO BREAKFAST! Walls between room and room on floor above are paper thin. Had to ask for a different room cause people in room above me kept stomping and moving furniture for over an hour after I arrived. In the morning I was waiting for my grandson to finish university tests and pick me up for a cross country drive but had to check out at 11. Desk person wouldn’t let me keep my bag there so I could leave premises for breakfast and exercise. Won’t go there again.

Terrible move along

Terrible. There were people making noise all night long and it never stopped. No breakfast cause Reno but wasn't updated on hotels website. Room was comfortable but with all the noise it was terrible. Do not recommend

Cheap

No breakfast. No coffee in the room. No towel racks or hooks. No toilet paper holder. Room was still being cleaned at 4:30 pm. We had a wet floor for hours. Window was a thin leaky pane. No blackout curtains so light shown into the room all night. Vending machine broken. Stairs hard to find.

Horrible experience

Stains on the bed and they didn’t have any of the room we needed and paid for so they put us in a small queen room with 2 adults and 2 kids no breakfast as well and that’s one of the reasons we booked with them

Bad! They promote free breakfast but did NOT provide. They had construction going on and did not notify of NO breakfast when booking. Room was next to exit door… loud all night and could not sleep.

The room was fair. Don’t expect breakfast.

Arrived at approximately 1 AM the room was updated as far as appearance was disappointed as far as the shower had many pubic hairs inside the shower, which I ended up cleaning with a pair of gloves I had in my vehicle due to being 1 AM tired and exhausted and just wanted a shower showered TV remote was broken to wake up at 7:30 AM to absolutely nothing for breakfast which said was offered so was also disappointed by that otherwise the room was updated

Would never book here again

The room was freezing and the heat wouldn't work , there were holes in the wall and the ceiling, the room it self gave off bad vibes , the exterior of the building is so run down and nasty if looks nothing like the pictures , do not book here , I left and booked another room at a different hotel

No continental breakfast

Very dissapointed. I booked a room here specifically because they listed a continental breakfast online and on their sign in lobby. But when we got uo the bext morning there was not one! I won't stay here again.

Property is going under renovations. The water was brown at first when I went to brush my teeth....The room was a "new feeling" in an older building, and that was a big . No food/breakfast currently under the renovations. Overall though, nice new feel, good bed and worked for the tired person I was.
