No breakfast. No coffee in the room. No towel racks or hooks. No toilet paper holder. Room was still being cleaned at 4:30 pm. We had a wet floor for hours. Window was a thin leaky pane. No blackout curtains so light shown into the room all night. Vending machine broken. Stairs hard to find.

The room was fair. Don’t expect breakfast.

Arrived at approximately 1 AM the room was updated as far as appearance was disappointed as far as the shower had many pubic hairs inside the shower, which I ended up cleaning with a pair of gloves I had in my vehicle due to being 1 AM tired and exhausted and just wanted a shower showered TV remote was broken to wake up at 7:30 AM to absolutely nothing for breakfast which said was offered so was also disappointed by that otherwise the room was updated

The room was freezing and the heat wouldn't work , there were holes in the wall and the ceiling, the room it self gave off bad vibes , the exterior of the building is so run down and nasty if looks nothing like the pictures , do not book here , I left and booked another room at a different hotel

No continental breakfast

Very dissapointed. I booked a room here specifically because they listed a continental breakfast online and on their sign in lobby. But when we got uo the bext morning there was not one! I won't stay here again.

It was ok

We only stayed 1 Night and it was satisfactory. Couple things we didn't like was that it was freezing in the Room upon arrival and it took awhile for it to get warm. Blankets on the Bed were a Sheet and a really thin sort of Blanket, so either you were to hot or cold due the Heat wasnt regulated. Breakfast wasnt available due to Construction, that should have been mention on the Website. Only good thing was that there is a Tim Horton right next to the Hotel. They had a sign by the Front Desk saying if caught smoking, Vaping etc in Rooms or Premises you will be ask to leave but soonest you walk in the smell of Pot is overwhelming. Room was clean but extremely small. Probably would look for another Hotel next time when we are in Area.

Smh hotel stay...

The stay was ok and i didnt realizecit was the old microtel .. No Breakfast and parking was horrible . The room i paid for was not available .so i was given a room with with 2 beds and 2 baths in seperate rooms . Basically the wall knocked down between to rooms and called a suite. Smh . I am still waing on a refund for room and then my $50 deposit ? The staff was nice .. No breakfast like advertised. I was not what i expected. I hope once updates are complete renovations that it makes it more inviting.

Paid for breakfast they don’t have!

First of all I booked and was given the option for breakfast, which I paid extra for. We got delayed during travel due to border crossing and a snowstorm. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and tried to check in. Turns out the room we booked and paid in advance for (two queen beds) had been given to someone else. So they offered us two joining rooms, one free of charge. We got to our rooms to find out that not only were they not joining rooms, they weren’t even in the same hallway! We went back to the main desk and were given adjoining rooms on the second floor. The heat had been turned off and the rooms were freezing! We immediately turned up the heat and started to settle in. The place was dirty. One bathroom had a bar of soap on the floor and a used razor in the shower. The other had make up on the walls . The tv in one room didn’t work. When we called the front desk the guy came up and basically said he didn’t know how to fix it and left. During the night, the heat didn’t actually turn off in either room after reaching temperature. I woke up and it was 84 degrees in my room, I was sweating and even after turning the heat completely off, it took forever to cool down again to a comfortable temp. The thermostat? A gaping hole in the wall with exposed wiring. I don’t get any sleep! I found old dried blood in my sheets AFTER I slept in them and despite a lovely looking breakfast room and the option to have breakfast on the site, they haven’t served breakfast since the reno?
