We were really disappointed with our stay. The room and property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance. When we arrived, there was a coffee spill left on the counter, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues throughout our stay. The toilet chain repeatedly broke and appeared to be held together with paper clips, which was frustrating to deal with. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, making it difficult to use. The window blinds were either missing or patched together with duct tape, which added to the overall run-down feel. Outside, the property was not well kept—there were weeds throughout and a noticeable unpleasant smell in certain areas. Additionally, the hot tub was closed, which was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. Overall, the condition of the room and property did not match expectations, and we would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made

The picture of my room i booked were not what I got by far. This place is so run down it was terrible. The hallways smelt like burnt popcorn and nasty feet. The carpets were stained on the hallway and my room carpets were worse. Found a piece of a crack pipe in my sheets. I travel extensively and this by far was one of the worst places Ive ever seen. They sent me to a room someone was already staying in. Any of the previous reviews that said it was clean is lying. I would avoid this place at all costs

Staff seemed stressed and was extremely slow. Hallways smelt weird. There was trash all over the property including diapers. People using the pool were not all guests at the hotel. I have a clap for medical necessity and there were no plugs close to the bed. I would never stay there again.

We went to the pool around 11:00 am and no one else was there. Garbage cans were overflowing and lounge chairs left by other people were overturned and nothing was cleaned up. We did not stay.

This was the most run down property I have ever stayed at. Lamp shades broken, no toilet paper holder, horrible towels, only on face wash cloth. The carpets were so bad I left my socks on. The hallway carpet was horrible. I will never stay there again. The whole place was run down, even the vending machines were “use at your own risk”. “No refunds”.

The staff was excellent at it service but the quality of the room poor for it to even be renovated didn’t hold up to par they just painted and laid down some floor that not even the first room we had to change rooms like four times due to dirty rooms, rooms not put together, and door handles breaking. Overall staff was amazing but the rooms didn’t hold up at all the pictures look 10x better then the room don’t fall for it the lake sits right behind it and the rental guy on that lot is amazing he has the best deals in town

This may be the lowest end place in Lake Havasu. If you want to be embarrassed stay here. Office chair broken, shower broken, towel holder fell of the wall, hair all in bathroom, outlets broken. I needed new room keys 7 times cuz they just stop working. I mean it’s like they were giving up and this hotel is at its last part of its life.

Where do I start…..with the filth or the fact that there were blinds missing or the toilet that ran the entire time, the ceiling falling in, holes all over the shower curtain from cigarettes, exposed electrical, the freaking nasty black short curly hair all over EVERYTHING!! If I were you and you are thinking about staying here look at the photos of what it really looks like NOT the other ones they show on the website!!

From the original check in purchased room 3 months in advance. Didn’t receive first floor. Changed rooms 5 times. NO HOT WATER had to shower at gym. Everything was broken from the pool to the hot tub to the fridge and microwave. Also elevator broke with people trapped inside. Couldn’t get back to room had to sleep in van. The whole hotel should be condemned as it’s not even livable

The room was awful dirty dresser broken so much was wrong and to think they charge what they charge for the room. I thought when I walked through the hallway OMG what did we book the pictures look nice.
