The location is perfect for walking to the central shopping and restaurant district and for visiting sites in and around Manitou Springs. Do not hesitate to book at the Vlla. It's not fancy but it is clean, quiet, respectable clientele and the managers could not have been any nicer, accomodating or more helpful. It's an easy 1 mile walk to the Manitou Incline and just a half mile or less to downtown. I would definitely stay again and again.
