My family and I arrived at 3 PM for check-in were told the room was not ready and being cleaned so with our young children, we had to sit in the parking lot and wait for an hour. Upon entering the room, there was a terrible smell. the floors were sticky, and it was not clean at all. The couch had several red and yellow stains. Not sure if it was blood, but it was disgusting. I would not allow my children to even sit on it or at the kitchen table as those chairs also had stains. The windowsill in the living room had a large amount of red gunk all over it. The bathroom smelled like mold and had continuous water seeping up through the hardwood floor. There was a razor blade stuck in between the mirror and the wall in the bathroom mind you I have two children with me we were on a trip for my child’s birthday from out of state and it was the most horrible trip I’ve ever been on in my life. We tried to get a different room, there were not available we were told we would get a full refund and still have not received that there were no other hotels available in the area for the weekend either. I have never experienced such an cleanly hotel room to the point that I felt unsafe utilizing any furniture or bathroom the very least that could be done would be the full refund as promised we were in room one 02. I’m sure you can go in there and still see the things that I am explaining

Worst Experience

My booking was cancelled 4 hours after check-in after coming inside of the establishment and talking to the person at the front desk. I was told that there were no rooms available for me and my company to stay in and even asked the clerk if we could leave and come back to a ready room, of which they assured we could. Subsequently, after leaving for the Kendrick Lamar concert, I received a message saying that my booking was cancelled because of an overbooking issue. This left me having to not only drive about 5 hours from Virginia to Charlotte, but also drive almost 3 hours at 11PM back towards Raleigh, just to have a place to rest for the night at and not getting there until 2:40 in the morning.

Regrettably, this hotel photos do not align with what we experienced. That staff was extremely friendly. However, the room was stayed in was dirty was left the first thing in the morning. We only stayed that night because of the time. The furniture was very stained and lacked cleaning. The second bathroom had the lower body hairs. The hallway floors were extremely sticky. Hopefully, just an off day

Unfortunatley, room was not clean, toilet had hair in it, smell was really bad. Did not feel especially safe, men in parking area drinking and smoking what smelled like weed. Came back to our room after we had checked in a few hours earlier and key card did not work, employee helped but seemed to act as if someone else was in/ should be in our room. once we got in we found the refrigerator door open and signs of someone having been in room. Nothing missing to our knowledge though. Ended up leaving and not spending the night.

Total quality decline

This hotel has really taken a dive for the worse. The floors are filthy and looked like they haven't been mopped in 2 straight months!! I asked for the floor to be mopped 3 times and it never got done. I went in two rooms and the bottom of the stove looks like it's falling apart. For two nights in a row this hotel had guest who played loud music outside. I complained the first time... nothing was done. Then, a second time and nothing was done. I finally had to make them aware that the third time would be the police and it finally stopped. The last two times, I've noticed that there seems to be people living there that smoke marijuana all day as you could smell it on different floors. This used to a nice spot. Now it looks like a Section 8 dive.

Be weary of this hotel.

I had a confirmed reservation for this hotel. However, when I arrived there were no rooms available. I was told by the person at the check-in desk that I was "out of luck". I had to find another hotel. Be very weary when making a reservation as it may not be honored.

Horrible stay

Elevator to our 2queen bed room was not working. No king beds on site so had to take another room with 1 queen. Air conditioning blew right at our faces all night, bed uncomfortable so got zero sleep. Do not recommend. Kids running wild in lobby.

Room not ready

Overall OK stay. Room wasnt ready at 3pm. Living room TV didnt work. May i suggest moving your check in time to 4pm especially if youre giving the option for others to check out at 12pm. Apparently its not enough time to turn the rooms over for new guests. Hallways smelled like weed. Not enough plates to eat on. I dont complain often, im very lowkey, but i wont return to this hotel.

Terrible

Booked online and drove in from out of town. Tried to check in at 11pm and was told they didnt have a room to give me. With no care in the world to try and make it right. Not to mention they tried to charge my card the day of arrival and i did the pre check in
