Sheets were dirty, there was a roach in the room, floors were not swept, bath towel was dirty and hair on them. The shower was not cleaned properly, I could see hairs on the wall. The sofa and chairs had spots on them, we didn’t even want to sit down.

Check in was good left the room to return later After returning and checking the room there were no towels in the room TV had lines running down it and ac unit extremely loud. No one at front desk on 2nd ahift. No one ever ansered the phone . And by the way the phone in the room didn't work

Yes although i didnt travel with my pet this time this feels like home actually the staff is amazing and always in the best mood which is great because even if ur day is bad we come home to them and thats what is different ablut the atmosphere here and im actuality comfortable just wish it was more affordable

Peculiar smell when you first walk into the hotel, hallways filled with debris and swept trash, entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke, room had a stale cigarette aroma mixed with wet dog when the air/heat was in use, towel shortage, informed personnel in the lobby about the smell of the hallways and room and all he could do was apologize. Per the amenities the hotel is supposed to be SMOKE FREE however it is the COMPLETE opposite! Currently in the process of trying to get a refund. This stay was everything but relaxing…

Please I never leave a bad review but this this trip me driving down three hours to Charlotte to check in at 10 but the room that I checked for was the two bedroom and two bath they placed me in a 1 bedroom and made me wait for three hours so I didn’t get into my two bedroom until three in the morning and then they charge my car three times not only I already prepaid for my stay with hotel.com but they charge for the security deposit of the three times which is only supposed to be $100 not $300. I would not stay the room was disgusting sticky no towels the pillows were thin in both room.

I had checked in online in advance and said I would be arriving at 3pm. due to traffic I didn't arrive till 4pm but obviously fully expected my room to be ready and to check in with ease. it was the opposite. when I arrived, it must have been right before a shift change. I had spoken to a women first and she told me she needed to check with housekeeping if my room was ready (no clue why it would not have been ready when I said I was arriving at 3 but ok) and then I sat to wait and was waiting for another 30 minutes and when I realized the lady was not coming back I went up to the desk again to a man this time. he was dealing with another customer who had booked a room through Airbnb (which honestly shouldn't be allowed since its a hotel but found out that people will get a room for a month and then "rent" it out to people on Airbnb). the staff wasn't even aware people did that. and the ladys booking had been canceled and could not reach the host. so I was left waiting longer while he was dealing with that, just for him to tell me he had to find a room for me. then he tried to charge me again even though I paid through hotels.com. his boss on the phone was able to reverse it thankfully. anyways we didn't get in our room until 530pm. the entire hotel and our room smelt of weed, there was no hot water so I was forced to take a very painful cold shower (my legs literally felt like pins and needles), and cleaning crew tried to enter our room early in the morning. I want a refund!!
