The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent—very comfortable beds and spotless rooms, with consistently high standards across the property. However, the overall service felt average, with the exception of one helpful staff member at reception. The in-room air conditioning was underwhelming and didn’t cool the entire space effectively. The biggest letdown was the breakfast experience: limited options, unwelcoming service, and being charged extra for items like omelettes, despite having already paid for breakfast, felt out of place for a 4-star hotel.
