The Blue has very limited services. Checked in via a code. I only saw someone at the desk twice in 5 days, basically no staff at all. The lift is extremely slow. They only offer weekly housekeeping. You get your towels and toiletries from numbered lockers in each floor. The internet is not fast, but usable. The main benefit of the hotel is the location: it's fantastic, 5 minutes away from Bondi Beach and you have restaurants and shops everywhere. If we wanted to come to the area again and this was an option, we might stay here again, but keeping in mind the DIY experience.

The worst customer service I have experienced - avoid. Arrived late at night - no reception, could not get in touch with anybody. Ended up having to find an alternate hotel at 1am and left out of pocket. Can't reccomend Hotel Ravesis enough who reopened their reception so we could have somewhere to sleep after 28 hours of travelling, if you are looking in the area Hotel Ravesis is the one to book!

The property was clean and and staff at checkin was very helpful. Very close to shops & beach Bit noise early in night from restaurants the street but once in room could barley hear noise. I would certainly stay there again

Great room and location. Wifi did not work. I called for assistance. I received a WhatsApp message that it would be rectified. I just wanted to let you know that I never heard back. Disappointing.

This hotel was wonderful and affordable. Loved the aesthetic of the room and the hotel. As a younger couple it was no problem but can get a bit noisy at night with all the surrounding night life but also perfect in that way if you are trying to get out and have some fun and want a close place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location at the top of Hall st Bondi. Surprisingly quiet. Spacious bedroom and “bar” area. Bathroom small and a little cramped. The no reception self booking and checking/checkout worked well.

Decent size room

I would class this place as a motel at best and definitely not a hotel. For almost $500 a night the price definitely did not reflect the quality of the room or facilities on site. In saying that the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. It did feel unsafe as a female to return back to the room in the evening on my own as anyone can enter off the street and there’s no reception desk/security. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid, but overall the room was decent and it’s in a good location close to Bondi Beach.

Our first impression of the room was lovely. Really nice decor. However after checking in we wanted to shower and we noticed the plug was blocked and started to flood the bathroom and corridor. There was no one to contact as from 5pm there is no one at the hotel. The next day we let them know. They moved us to a different room. This room was tired and worn down. The sofa was falling apart. This was a real shame as they assured us our room would be as nice as our original one. This left a sour taste in our mouth for the rest of the trip.
