It was my third time in the hotel, since I have appointments the next days close to it. There is not much infrastructure around the hotel, but close the tram. I always checked in late at night. The girls at the reception do not pay much attention. One night it tool her 4min to recognise that I filled the check-in form, since she was messaging on her mobile phone aside. Another night, another girl similar weak attention of the customer. However, the ladies at breakfast are really attentive, quick and service ist good. Also choice of breakfast is really good. Also rooms are clean with sufficient level of comfort for the money.

Hotel Aida - wonderful - very nice & comfortable

Hotel Aida in Prague was a wonderful experience for us. Our nice 4th floor had two beds in one room and two beds in the second room for our guests. There was a nice kitchen and a very clean, modern bathroom. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the elevator was modern and always operational. The biggest surprise was the breakfast which came with our room. The variety of foods was amazing with freshly made breads, fruit salad, fresh fruit including watermellon. There was dry cereals, cooked cereals, all types of juice and hot deep serving trays of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. The breafast area was always bright and clean and you had many tables to eat at. This breakfast was self serve, all you can eat and just a delightful way to start your morning. This breakfast was certainly a specialty of hotel Adia, as I noticed many cooks and crew dressed in black styled uniforms working to prepare and put out more food as needed. There was no need for AC during our stay - from 8 June checking out 14 June 2024. The bathroom was bright, cheerful, new, very clean and was stocked with large, medium, and small towels along with a nice towel floor mat. During our stay we meet very friendly and dedicated staff who worked at the check in desk. Their friendlyness and professionalism was outstanding - they checked us in, helped us by calling for our taxis, suggested places to eat for lunch & dinner & how to use the public tram or subways. Hotel Aida was excellent in all regards

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Ausschlafen kann man bei dem Lärm im und vor dem Hotel nicht. Im Hotel ab 8 Uhr Staubsauger inkl. Möbel hin-und hergeschoben beim Putzen. Vor dem Hotel: Koffer rollen über Kopfsteinplaster, Müllabfuhr, Auto rasen teilweise durch die Straße. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Older hotel in need of refurbishment. Shower sprayed water everywhere over the bathroom. Shower over bath tub is dated and dangerous. Having said that, the lovely staff did the best with what they had. The room was clean and neat, staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Location is out of town a bit, which meant it was quiet and there is good service from the trams nearby. It's about 15 mins by tram to the centre. Bolt is cheaper than Uber in Prague if you'd rather use ride share and cost about 10 euro to the city centre from the hotel.
