Overnight stay issues

The hotel is very nice and the people are friendly. Our room was nice, but the air conditioning unit had been leaking before we arrived and the carpet was wet and smelled like mold. This should have been noticed by the cleaning people since they are the ones that are in the rooms almost everyday. Secondly, the guests above us were very inconsiderate and their child ran around all night and were loud.

The hotel is very clean, easy check in and the rooms are laid out to maximize space. Seems like a fairly new hotel or was upgraded recently. Restaurant wasn’t serving food the night we stayed which wasn’t convenient since there wasn’t anything close enough to walk to.

Service and friendliness was exceptional. Only issue was the bistro being out of items on the menu. The “Get Directions” on your page was way off and took us 80 miles out of the way with no Marriott at all at the destination.

The property is safe, convenient with a friendly staff. And walking distance to a good casual restaurant. The downside for us was the hotel is pet friendly And we both have allergies to dogs and cats so after Day 1 of our 3 night stay we were feeling the effects . The quality and size of the bath towels was truly 2nd rate. Could hear constant walking late in the evening from the room above and lastly the breakfast Offerings were only fair. Hampton inn used to offer A much better breakfast. Times they are a changing.
