Radisson Blu Mumbai Intl Airport Stay

Amazing hotel! The staff, food, especially the breakfast buffet was just so delicious & wonderful! All the staff were so friendly, warm, kind & helpful at all time. A special thank to Khushi, for making sure we were looked after, & gave us excellent advice on what to see & where to go when we required it-:) The hotel was extremely clean & hygienic & well looked after & the view from the top floor pool is just wow! The hotel is so conveniently located to the international airport - less than 10 mins away, & is also a 2 min walk to the metro. I am only going to stay here everytime I am in Mumbai! Thank you so much to all the staff for making it such a wonder & memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone going forward!

I booked the hotel through the hotels.com. But they couldmot find my information. I had to wait around 30 minutes. It was crazy experience. Because of it was at 1 a.m. I was so tired and no energy.

This is termed as a five star hotel butvtye ambience and the facilities providedcare really poor. They don't conform to the standard of a five star property. The corridor and roon stinks due to dampness. Cleanliness in this property is really an issue. Should not be a five star facility.

Disappointing service. My son threw up in the room, so we called for housekeeping staff to clean up. They arrived 12 hrs later after 5 reminders. The room was not soundproof. There’s a wedding banquet hall next doors and we could hear loud music from the party until late in the night.

Noisy and poor customer service

The hotel is rather new and this should be good news but the comfort is not to the level : - I had a room with mosquitoes. I asked on the second day to spray an insect killer but in the evening, the mosquitoes were all there. They forgot. - the sound isolation is very poor despite of being a new building. I could hear my neighbours on the phone and almost catch what they were saying - they gave me a room next to the technical lift which was bringing workers to the upper floor where works are going on. The lift was noisy and the workers were making a lot of noise from 8.00 to 21.30. How come they sell such rooms? - Finally, the shower was suddenly cold and then super hot ervry morning and evening. I complained when I left (I booked the superior room, so I expected a good experience) and I just had an embarassed smile as an answer. - Last problem: 3 emails to get the transfer to the hotel because when I sent my flight details, the answer was sending me again the prices for the transfer instead of the confirmation. Very disappointing and so far, the worst Radisson Blue I have ever visited in the world! Positive : the size of the rooms and the breakfast which was fair.

Clean, modern hotel that is convenient for the airport. The buffet dinner in the restaurant was extensive and international, while the rooftop pool and health centre were perfect for getting over a long flight. My room was on the 10th floor, which was apparently completed only a few months earlier so, unsurprisingly, the room and bathroom were immaculate and pristine.

Was alloted smoking room despite requesting non smoking. After change of room there was continuous noise (knocking sound) sound was recorded and given to duty manager. Room changed at 0430 am got only 90 minute sleep. REQUEST FULL REFUND please
