Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly.

We’ve stayed at other Royal resorts in Mexico (Cancun and Cabo) and had great experiences, but this Acapulco location was the weakest by far. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s in serious need of updates and improvements. The staff was fine overall, but the timeshare sales team was very pushy. They bothered us daily, which quickly became frustrating when all we wanted was to relax. The food was average. We often ended up leaving the resort for dinner, which made the all-inclusive package feel like poor value. They do have one restaurant that’s better than the rest, but you need to make a reservation — and the process requires waiting in line, something I’ve never seen at other resorts. The resort is very family-oriented, which means there are lots of kids. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but families should also know that children are even allowed at the pool bar, which I personally found inappropriate. Other negatives: the elevators are in very bad shape and should be replaced, and the rooms are small compared to what you’d expect from a resort-style property. In short: if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind some of the inconveniences, this resort may be fine. But if you’re looking for the quality and experience you get at other Royal properties, this one will likely fall short.

Terrible stay. Horrible food, chicken wings and pork. Really. Really bad. Weird food all around. No service elevator so all the food and janitorial staff sharing one elevator w the guests. Several elevators to get to your room. Inconvenient. Phones don’t work. All inclusive but two types of beer. Indio and Tecate light Red and white wine. No options Really. Please don’t stay here. I paid 3000 dollars for one week. Horrible stay.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones , habitaciones 10 , restaurantes demasiado sencillos , para lo caro que es deberían mejorar mucho la comida, la cuestión de estar en la alberca a las habitaciones demasiado complicado pues sus trenes son lentos y la distancia es bastante , los meseros del restaurante del piso 2 en 5 días solo hubo uno bueno , nos ignoraron al pedirles que también le cantaren a nuestro festejado las mañanitas como a varios se lo hicieron , conclusión , busquen otro opción a menor costo nos trataron mucho mejor en playa suites y mejor comida !!

Una noche nos pusieron una sábana embarrada d popó, ojo, no estaba mal lavada, estaba sucia, yo no sé si la quitaron d otra habitación y fueron y m la pusieron a mi. Lo reporté, y lo único que hicieron fue llevarme a entregar sábanas y cobija limpia para que yo tendiera la cama. Además, se lo reporté al gerente a los que están haciendo promoción del Hotel y al de recepción, y lo único que dijeron que iban a investigar y que me avisaban situación que no ocurrió y nó hicieron absolutamente nada para enmendar tal incidente

Lamentablemente nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue bastante mala. Para empezar tuvimos varios problemas con la habitación, la primera tenía un olor espantoso y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a otra y se descompuso el baño, por lo que pasamos más de 2 días sin poder usar el baño porque no servía y nadie lo sabía reparar, venían los de mantenimiento y se iban sin dar solución. Me pareció gravísimo tener que salir de la habitación a buscar un baño cada vez que necesitábamos usarlo. En cuanto a la comida, la verdad es que fuera del desayuno, lo demás es horrible. Todo eran guisados con salsas, un montón de grasa y no habían opciones más limpias y saludables. Otra cosa bastante preocupante que nos pasó, fue que en la misma playa o alberca del hotel nos robaron cosas, nos robaron hasta las toallas y el personal de seguridad no supo responder tampoco a la situación. Y por si no era suficiente con todo esto, todavía nos estuvieron persiguiendo los de ventas para adquirir una membresía de su hotel. Nos pidieron demasiada información que no queríamos dar y querían que pasáramos más de 1 hora en una junta de ventas cuando ni siquiera habíamos conocido bien el lugar. Después de nuestra experiencia estos días, lo último que quiero es volver a viajar a este hotel.
