As many bad points to our stay as good points. First, we requested a feather-free room and, despite the hotel emailing to let us know they received the request and would make it happen, they didn’t. We also weren’t told that room service is only every other day when we checked in, which is something we very much would’ve liked to know. The air conditioner in our room was also in very rough shape. Made a lot of loud, jarring noises even when it wasn’t putting out air. There was also a motion-censor dome light that was super bright and set to cover half the bed, so it would occasionally turn on when my wife rolled over at night. In terms of positives, though, the Location of the hotel was good, room was nice and big, and the breakfast was solid.
